Goodstart Early Learning Clayton

As first-time parents it was a difficult call to make when deciding if we should send our 7 month old to childcare but Kash and her team at Goodstar Clayton made us feel like family well before our daughter's first day and have continued to provide a loving and supportive environment not only for our daughter but for us as parents as well.

They are highly accommodating and tailor their care to align with our values and routines at home. Their communication has also been impeccable, which helped us to feel more comfortable sending our daughter, especially in the early days/months.

Our little one is now almost 2 years old and we have since moved 45 minutes away, however we gladly make the commute every day because we know and appreciate just how lucky we are to have found such a supportive, compassionate and loving group of people to care for our daughter.

Good Start Clayton consistently delivers great service throughout, demonstrating a deep understanding of each individual child. The center not only provides an excellent environment and great teachers (Ritu, Sunil, Sanaz, Anas, Sandeep, Tharun, Mandeep, Sarika), staff (Kashmira, Parminder, Lenny, Mamta, Nina, Monika, Kim, Vy) but also ensures personalized attention, recognizing and addressing the unique needs of every child. This commitment enhances the overall experience, making Good Start Clayton a standout choice for quality child care.

Honestly a bit upset us?
But overall, most teachers are respectful and responsible.
If they lose a kid’s bib, clothes, pants, they will try to find it for us quickly.
So far, we are still happy with this day care.

Very happy and blessed to have Mandeep and Parminder as our first teachers in her education journey.
Both teachers are passionate, experienced, happy, positive, responsible and respectful.
They write down bub 's nappy, sleeping, meal and milk bottle on a little book for parents and on a table for other staff.
They change nappy every 2 h.
They are patient with parents and kids.
So far, very satisfied.

I went here many years ago when I was a child, I’m now in year 7. I miss this place so much an it brings so much memories back. Everyone was so nice to me an I just miss being that young.

I would love to give 10 stars if I could. The best child care with the most experienced staff members always looking after our kids. It's been a lovely 5 year journey for me and my daughter, thank you all for your amazing work!

I'd give 6 stars if I could. Goodstart Clayton have the most dedicated, caring, thoughtful, and reliable staff who went out of their ways to take care of my little one (and all other children). The educators understand each child's individual needs very well and help make every transition a smooth experience (from sleeping being held to sleeping independently in the cot, from bottle to sippy cup, etc.). Highly recommend the centre!

The Goodstart Early Learning Clayton is an incredible dedicated team that is present and involved with all children. Mandeep, my daughter’s key educator is everything I could wish for her (She gives her support, love, dedication, and much more) but everyone is really like a family and amazing! (From the admin team to the educators!) They create an environment which is inclusive, creative, and full of different indoor and outdoor activities that allow your child to grow. I completely recommend this center.

My daughter has been attending this centre for last 2 years. They very reliable responsive and caring. When ever I had any concern they made sure that they always satisfy us as a parent. Now I have started to send my little one as well who is 6 months old. I would highly recommend this centre. Very happy with the service they provide. They are like a second family to us.

Been going to good start since start of the year for 4 year old kinder. All the staff are very attentive, polite and kind. They are very responsive to our needs and show sincerity in their approach to every child. From day one we were welcomed like family and like family/home is the atmosphere at good start. After looking around for a kinder, I am so very pleased to have chosen good start as our choice. The vibe is so positive, warm and invitingy. My daughter instantly made good friends with both the children and the staff and continues to show growth in her socialising skills and knowledge regarding the world around her. It is evident, that a lot of effort and time goes into education here. Look no further. This place is the best start for your little ones. Will also be enrolling my 9 month old here once study/work return.

I have great pleasure in writing this review for Good start Clayton. The best decision we have made for our 2 kids- in toddler &kinder rooms. This is a place we feel that our children are cared for as a family! Great team including director and individual educators who give their 100%. Events involving children in cultural festivals, excursions, parent date night, birthday events and lots more. HIghly recommend and wish we could take the team along into our future! The best decision to put both our kids at Goodstart clayton. When you enter the centre, it feels like home. Kash the CD is so warm to you that it feels that she will take care of your kids more than you. As a family never had a problem. My kid is in toddlers this year and we are very happy with her learning. Staff is amazing and very very professional, they don't let go of your worries but educate and guide you in the correct direction.

As first time parents putting our child in care was a huge decision.we looked at a number of Centres attended orientations and could not go past good start (clayton only highly recommended). It’s simply a home away from home, the director (cash) knows every child’s name and all the educators are warm and most importantly they know my baby ️ All educators are beyond amazing kitchen staff are at great too. I feel very comfortable leaving my baby at good start and know she is receiving the best education and care possible.seriously i never thought kudrat was gonna live without me at all.special thanks to parminder mam and mandeep mam kudrat loves you both alot ️️I can be at work for longer hours without a wink of worry ️

I'm having a wonderful experience at goodstart clayton. The team there are like a happy family, working and help each other all the time. This is obviously an excellent environment for the children.

The director Kash is very rude and cares more about quantity than quality. There’s no diversity and care! Feels like chaotic Mumbai, India! Appalling health and hygiene practice during covid too

This was our child's first childcare center before we moved house. He has been in a few centers since but Goodstart Clayton is definitely the best. He started when he was 9 months old and the transition was almost immediate thanks to the amazing educators, the caring atmosphere and the wonderful activities the kids gets engaged with all day. The staff and management are really cooperative and understanding and we always had a great interaction. The routine was fabulous and our child has stuck to it since.
This review comes over a year after we moved out, but our experience here has been so fabulous that I really want to give a big Thank You to all the wonderful people here that made our son happy to walk into the place every morning with a smile

Lovely atmosphere childcare centre which is run by staff that are very polite, friendly and the care provided is top notch. Really loved the multiculturism at the centre as the staff comes from various cultural backgrounds is a big bonus. Specifically for grandparents as in our scenario was helpful for our mum as she really got along with the staff during orientation process of Harkiret because there weren't any language barriers.
