I am very grateful for the incredible care and nurturing support my child has received at the nursery. I've watched her blossoming into a more confident little soul, thriving in social situations thanks to the gentle and kind interactions she has with both educators and her peers.
The educator's communication with parents and the general bookkeeping of my child's daily activities and milestones are kept to such a high standard. I would highly recommend this childcare, especially the nursery room, to any parent seeking a safe, caring, and enriching environment for their child.

My experience with Goodstart Early Learning Chadstone has been exceptional. The staff here go above and beyond by not only listening to parents but also implementing their requests, which is incredibly reassuring. What sets this childcare apart is the genuine care and attention they provide to each child. My little one used to dread going to his previous childcare, but here, he looks forward to it every day. The friendly atmosphere and the staff's dedication to children's development are truly commendable. I appreciate the variety of activities tailored to enhance child development, ensuring each day is unique and engaging. My doughter has been going to this center for a year and half now and I couldn't be happier with this center, their educators, and support.
I want you to know this feedback is coming from a mother whom doesn't have any family in Australia therefore it is very important and a blessing sending my only child to a childcare, where I know she is safe and happy.
Before coming to this Center I tried 2 other childcare centers and wasn't happy with them at all, until I've found Chadstone center.
People of Goodstart Chadstone has been amazing, my doughter goes there 5 days a week and she loves it. They have become like our family. The educators are caring and kind, and the center director is very supportive and knowledgeable.
Their menus are complete and healthy & I have such an ease of mind knowing my child has healthy, nutritious food everyday.
Overall I am very happy and greatfull for all the care, services and support and I recommend goodstart to all families.

Bec, the teachers and educators are amazing! I’m so happy because my 2 yo son is happy there. He speaks English at the childcare and Spanish at home and he is learning and getting diferentes skills. Is so difficult find a place like this for us children.

Our Son had been attending an excellent community based ELC before we moved to the local Chadstone area. Due to our previous experience our expectations had been high. We must admit we had reservations about sending our child to a large multiple Centre Childcare provider. From the second we walked into Goodstart ELC Chadstone for a visit, our reservations were quickly diminished when we met the Director Nicole Skate. Not only is Nicole an incredible operator, she has integrity and she is truly passionate about Childcare and her Centre. Nicole always ensures that she only has the best staff working with her at the Centre.

All of the Educator’s are warm, caring and compassionate, all the personality traits that you could wish for when leaving your children in the responsibility of others. We are always confident that our Son is getting the best care possible when he is at the Centre, in fact he always asks when he is going to be back at “school” to see Lydia and Allison.

Nicole and her team should be incredibly proud of their wonderful care facility.
