6Fantastic staff, they are so caring and loving to all children. App lets me keep updated with photos and events like nappies, naps, food and more! I felt so reassured starting with Goodstart Hall Rd and my girl absolutely loves it there. Very good with allergies and dietary requirements too. Would recommend this facility to anyone!
Lovely centre, caring and creative educators, they form beautiful relationships with the children and the centre is always full of smiling faces
After 6 years and we had another 4 years of service with this day care we removed our children from care at this centre.
Educators do not act with best interest of children, incursions dropped off long before covid 19 of 2020, centre director will blame child for issue, or child is a liar, unexplained broken fingers, lies of one to one ratio for children with government funding.
Complaint with head office and the department.
After children left educators we held in high esteem and communicated with outside the centre showed there true colours severing contact and reporting any comments reflecting our experience made on social media so they can try and control the positive only narrative of the centre.
My son was only going one day a week but I’ve now taken him out of kinder to attends day care three days a week. Fantastic place well balanced meals and great care.
Worst childcare centre my grandson did not get the warmth and kindness he needed to settle in and is now petrified and we have had to withdraw him from this childcare because of the nightmares he is having from such a bad experience very sad
This is an amazing centre with great facilities. The staff are absolutely wonderful and my daughter looks forward to spending her days at the centre.
