Goodstart Early Learning Blackburn South

Working Parent and still settling in a new country, Goodstart Blackburn is a boon. The staff is extremely supportive and take extra care for kids to adapt to their environment. Big shout out to Stacy and team for helping out working parents who have no support system to lean on. Hugs and love.

Goodstart Blackburn South is the most amazing centre. The staff have been at the centre for years and all know the kids by name. Both my sons attended the centre and I knew they were well taken care of in the hands of Stacey and her team. There is a big focus on play and my children thrived here. I am so grateful for the kindness, empathy and caring they have shown my children over the past 7 years. You will not find better.

What an exceptional Centre to send my boys to! The director and staff have been so overly welcoming and compassionate in the boys transition to this Centre. My sons have built relationships with the other children and educators so quickly which has been so pleasing to see. The communication is consistent and they always handle matters in a professional manner. The educational activities provided for my children are always targeted towards the needs of the children and their individual interests. My boys have absolutely thrived by attending this Centre and I would highly recommend to anyone!

Such a warm and welcoming centre, such great diversity to assist children with additional needs which can really make or break a child’s initial educational experience. The staff are always so kind, caring and helpful and willing to always put the children first. As a teacher I love how planned and professional the educational program is for the kids, I truly believe they’re preparing the children to have a love of learning as well as being life long learners, I know how much time, effort and thought goes into Educational leader Nikki’s planning, programs, play space and the well being of her children. I highly recommend Goodstart Blackburn south.

Goodstart Blackburn South was an incredible start for our kids!
The educators were passionate, warm and caring and made every effort to ensure our kids felt safe and comfortable.

Stacey the director, met with me regularly to give me updates and listened if I needed a chat. She was even there to give me a big hug when I struggled heading off to work.

A home away from home for our babies!

Started my two children here last year and couldn't be happier. The staff communicate and work well together and all take a genuine interest in my children. The centre manager is always well informed and incredibly personable and welcoming. Great centre.

I’ve been contemplating whether or not to I should post this, I had a tour a while back and during this time I told the staff my 2 year old wasn’t toilet trained yet and that my child also stims when excited. After hearing these the woman with the speech impediment told me that my child wouldn’t be welcome if he’s not toilet trained and came off irritated when learnt he stims was absolutely appalling to experience coming from a childcare centre.

Not accepting a child because he hasn’t learnt potty training is discrimination.

Not wanting to accept a child because he stims is discrimination.

I have thankful found another early learning centre that has welcomed us and been nothing but wonderful.
