Goodstart Early Learning - Tarneit

I am beyond impressed with the goodstart Tarneit where my grandson attends. The environment is truly magnifying, providing a vibrant and nurturing space for little ones to thrive. The center's Director, Miranda, deserves special recognition for her outstanding leadership. She is incredibly welcoming and hands-on throughout the entire facility. Miranda's dedication and involvement create a warm atmosphere that puts both children and parents at ease. It's evident that the center is not just a place for childcare but a community that genuinely cares about the well-being and development of each child.

Thanks to all the staff who have helped look after my daughter for the past few years, you have all positively impacted her life and helped get her ready to start school this year.would highly recommend Goodstart if you are looking for a daycare centre

Goodstart Tarneit has been such a wonderful, positive place for my daughter. The staff always have a smile on their face and are so welcoming and the rooms and grounds are so clean. We love the indoor and outdoor area so much. The educators in the nursery room, where my daughter is, are fabulous and are always trying to find new ways to educate and keep the kids engaged and learning. Miranda, the centre director, is awesome, always so helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend it!

We love Goodstart tarneit! Our 5 and 3 year old have both been lucky enough to attend. The educators are wonderful and Miranda the centre director is a delight. Always manages everything in the centre very well and is also great with the Children. Thanks good start tarneit ️

I recently enrolled my 2.5 year son at this centre and can clearly see big differences in him which clearly tells me that how hard and effectively the educators are working in my sons room… he is talking a lot (expressing himself, recognising lots of veggies name and animal names, and finallly doing great in his potty training by not having a single acccident.i am so happpy that we chose you guys.the most amazing thing is that goodstart always give feedback about your little ones day which helps a lot to keep up the good and interesting things he love at centre. (he started goodstart when he was 9 months old and in between we changed the childcare but guess what we came back to goodstart because of good educators and the effort they put in room values.

My daughter has just started at this centre and from day one the staff have been nothing but helpful and welcoming to us, my daughter always has great days and never wants to leave. The educators are fantastic with the children, highly recommended this centre.

Went there yesterday with my 2 kids for their orientation and met the staff and management and they are all so amazing, courteous, kind and caring and met the Centre director Miranda, Mandeep Kaur and staff, they are absolutely brilliant and professional. Love their attitude and passion and professionalism. Saw every kid and parent smiling n happy in the centre.
Feel so happy n satisfied to send my kids in this centre and thank you so much to all for being so amazing. Keep up the amazing educational services and care. If you want your kids to be in good hands I highly recommend this centre

From day one the team at Goodstart Tarneit have welcomed my family into the centre with open arms! My girls have been attending this centre for nearly 2 years now and I have never had to question or worry as the team have always gone above and beyond communicating and keeping me up to date with all milestones! Both of my daughters have created special bonds not only with the kids but all of the staff (to the point they ask if they are going to “school” on a Saturday)
I would like to give a massive shout out to Miranda and Mandeep for always being diligent and thorough and really setting the standards for their team which really reflects on the environment our kids or coming into. I cannot recommend this centre enough! 10/10!

My both kids has attended this Childcare since 1 years old till kindergarten.
Never had any issues with anyone here. All of the educators and staff are very helpful, caring and friendly especially Miranda and Mandeep with a big smile all the times both absolute brilliant and very professional. I love their passion and professionalism.
I will recommend this Childcare for everyone.

Good start learning child care is good.
But one staff is very rude and unprofessional assistant director Mandeep kaur. She dnot know how to talk to parents and kids. Plz avoid this staff member. She is worse staff member.

My son Elijah has been attending Goodstart Early Learning centre Tarniet from the age of 18 months. He loves going every single day and when he can’t go he gets upset. The staff have been amazing and supportive over the past few years, especially throughout Covid-19. The centre is always updating us as parents what the centre restrictions are i.e wearing face mask, distancing and drop off/pick up. And if there are any other things happening in the centre. The centre director Miranda always greets you with an infectious smile and is very approachable with any questions you have. All the staff are amazing, my son loves them all. Very welcoming and everyone makes you feel like you’re family. I have suggested to a number of friends to send their children to Goodstart Tarniet and will continue to do so as the support is phenomenal

This is the place to send your children if you want a fun, clean, and enriching environment for your children.
The staff are incredible and it is an absolute credit to the director.
I could not have asked for a better centre to send my children to.

My son attended Goodstart Tarneit for only a short period of time, but the time he was there the educators left an amazing impact on him. He still talks about the educators most days and always ask when he can go back. Miranda always welcomed us with a her cheerful smile and always made and effort to be in the rooms with the children and staff, and be involved with their learning. That is a dedicated director! I would hands down recommend Goodstart Tarneit to any of my family and friends, and know they would be looked after wonderfully and safely.

Poor duty of care

I have a requirement that my daughter only drink distilled water, which I bring in, as tap water causes her eczema. Despite many emails and requests, and the fact that this request is written in her book, it is still ignored.

When I picked up my daughter yesterday evening, I had a drink of the water remaining in her water bottle, and to my dismay I tasted not only tap water, but residual dishwashing liquid.

If something as simple as this cannot be adhered to, how much more for a child who has anaphylaxis.

I sent an email regarding this and so far I have not received a response, much less an apology, nor a commitment to ensure that my child's dietary requirements are adhered to.

Edit: the centre addressed my issues and demonstrated the steps the ensure that my daughter is drinking only the water I have set aside for her.

My daughter was attending this centre for the past ten months. They provide a safe learning environment for the kids. Lots of fun and activities every day. All the educators are lovely, down to earth and are always there to listen to you when you need to discuss things in regard to your child. They’ll work with you so your child gets the best experience there. My daughter had a hard time during her first few weeks and took a while to adjust but every child is different. Now she’s missing her peers and educators as we’re on long holidays and she can’t wait to go back.
I’d highly recommend this centre!

My Daughter has been going to Goodstart Tarniet for about 2 years now. The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. My daughter started at 9 months in the nursery room and is now 2 & 1/2 and in the toddler room. All educators have been exceptional and Jayla loves going to play and learn with her friends. Would recommend to everyone.

I was one of those mums who felt guilty about leaving their child at a daycare centre I thought it would make my daughter feel abandoned and alone but when I found this center and met the director Miranda and all of the educators I thought I’d give it a try and boy do I not regret it! My daughter has come so far since being there! She has friends, she shares, she speaks better the only regret I have is not putting her in sooner! I am and will be forever grateful to those educators and Miranda can’t recommend this centre highly enough do yourself a favour and check it out!

It's a second home to my 14 month old daughter and I absolutely trust the educators and carers with her care. I'm very grateful for their help and it's so wonderful to see my daughter progress under their watch. The centre has a wonderful energy. Highly recommend.

The educators at this center are incredible - warm, nurturing, thoughtful, attentive and caring. They provide a range of enriching and educational opportunities for the children, and pay attention to each child's interests. My daughter absolutely loves her childcare days! The center director, Miranda, is always supportive and ready to help. The center itself is clean and has a very welcoming feel. The outside play area is very good, and unlike other daycare centers is not segregated by age. This means that my 2 year old daughter is able to play with, and learn from, the older children in the center and is also able to interact with all of the educators. There is a real sense of community at this center. I can't recommend it highly enough!
