Goodstart Early Learning - Braybrook

My daughter was in daycare in Goodstart Braybrook. Her last day in centre on 31/12/2021. I received the invoice on 27/12/2021 with the amount over a hundred on Credit. On 19/4/2022 I received another invoice with $88.33 on debit. I did call to Braybrook centre to clarify this invoive. The new manager Charlotte just sent me the screen shoot of the balance sheet and ask me to explain that. That is ridiculous. I tried to call to the centre but she just avoided my calls. My son has been in Goodstart Braybrook for 2 1/2 years, I’ve recently enrolled my youngest son. The support we get is phenomenal and I couldn’t have achieved study full time or working without the support of Angela. I have no family in Melbourne so the support I get for my children from this centre really brings tears to my eyes. We have faced a lot of tough times and COVID was a challenge too.we are always so grateful for everything Angela and the staff do for us. It was one of the best parenting decisions I’ve ever made. Highly recommend coming here.

Very professional Educaters, who provides high quality learning experiences, Silvanna Romero and Ivy Thai, my son is being only 5 months, he learnt and develop a lots?

The staff here are very lazy.and they do not like kids, and they do not care for the kids.if you don't like kids, why do you come to work? You should find another job that you like.

Goodstart Braybrook is the definatly our number 1 centre of choice. From the amazing centre director who has helped me and my family immensely to the beautiful most caring educators in the entire world! No other centre can compete. We are so happy we found this centre. The waitlist was rather long though totally worth the wait.
The centre goes above and beyond to meet the children safety and wellbeing. I have complete trust in these people. Each day when I drop my daughter off we are warmly greeted and I always know I am leaving my little girl in good hands. I am blown away by all the social aspects and extra curricular activities the centre does. They even do take home dinners to families. Goodstart Braybrook is the best no doubt! Thank you to Angela and the team! We love you!

Goodstart is the worst child care centre ever.

The staff are careless for the kids.

For the safety and well being of your kids please don’t take your kids to Goodstart.

When choosing a high quality learning center Goodstart braybrook is a no Brainer. From the first step I took into the centre for my initial tour I knew this was the place I wanted to send my child. Angela the centre director who never ceases to amaze me and my child is always helpful, kind and conistently goes above and beyond for my family. As the first face of the centre, her welcoming smile and genuine love for the children is infectoius. Being a single father, without the super awesome educators professional knowledge, love and genuine care without doubt I could not have set my son up for success on my own. My son loves Angs excercise class and continually tells me to do squats with him each night "just like Ang. " (I hate squats).
This centre is like our second family. I am truly thankful for everything the service does for us. I would not recommend any other centre than goodstart braybrook. You are all amazing and we will miss you dearly!

The staff turnover was very high, as many carers were new or inexperienced. Think hard before admitting your child here. Its not goodstart but poorstart for your kid.

Goodstart is the child care without care.

As I walked past goodstart main entrance.
In front of the main entrance I saw a mum picking up her son home. He was wearing short and the Mum is looking at her son knee it was terribly bleeding and painful. The kid must have fell down during the day care and injured his knee. And i saw the kid limbing. I saw The mum was very angry that her son was hurt.the kid knee bleeding and limbing for hours during the day care. Why didn’t the so many educators around band aid the knee or provide care to the kids when the kid was in pain?

It is evident the educators and this goodstart childcare lack their duty of care.

Angela prenga manages the centre. If the educator lack their duty of care then Angela didn’t manage the staff probably or don’t have the ability to manage the centre.

My kid just turned two and I’m looking for a childcare. After I see this incident goodstart is not an option for me. For the safety of your kids please don’t take your kids here.

Both my girls (3 and 1 year old) go to this centre and they love going here. My elder one wants to go here on some weekends tooAngela the centre director and all the staff are lovely.

The educators are caring and helpful. There is always a variety of activities for the kids that keeps them engaged and I'm amazed at how much my daughter is learning at an early age. Love the centre & staff)

All the educators are really caring and thoughtful.they always do their best to improve their standard on everything they do for kids. My older son attends the centre and he loves it so much. I'm also planning to send my younger one too.

Excellent facility with outstanding carers. My daughter has been attending this child care for almost 2 years now and she is always looking forward to her child care days. Kudos to Angela and her team!

I am very happy with this sevice. My baby is really happy to come to this centre. Director Angela and Educators are professionals in this field. They have good programs such as Jumperoo and yoga and a lot of activities which children can enjoy and learn. I really appreciate educators who are looking after my daughter. Starting from the top with a dynamic and empathetic Director in Angela Prenga to the exemplary teaching staff (Miss Aggie, Tracy, Di Di, Tegan, Fatima, Indy, Kiran, Stephanie, Sev, and past staff Samta, Yachna, Jess, Kirra and Cameron) and the wonderful in-house Chef Christine whose culinary skills I cannot compete with when judged by my five-year old, these fine educators have made my daughter's first four years outside the safety of home the most joyful time, filled with precious memories. They have gone above and beyond what is expected of them and for this, my husband and I are truly grateful. The most amazing child care centre in the universe! You know your children are in good hands when you first meet the staff and they ignore you and smile and open their arms to your children instead. These guys focus on the children they care for, They have been like a family for us and we will miss them all dearly after caring for our two girls for the last 6 years. We can't thank you all enough!

This is a great and friendly place for your kids to come.

We and our daughter will miss this place when she moves on to big kids school next year. They have played an integral part to her early learning and development.

Goodstart is a very friendly environment for kids. The name really goes well for the centre as it actually is a good start for children who have never been to childcare or parents who need help with settling their children in childcare. I am really grateful to all the staff members and Angela (Director) for helping me and my baby right from the orientation process to all that she has achieved while being under care at Goodstart.
