Goodstart Early Learning - Hillside

After being in this childcare for 2 years, it really deteriorated. Communication was lacking, when my child was hurt I wasn't always told, always having nappy rashes which I had to communicate all the time that the nappy was not always changed, when there's always a good staff they always tend to leave so your always trying to work with the new one, but communication was never great with them either. Inconsistent with care on a daily basis, constantly losing items and the place was always dirty and gave my son back with dirty water.
I've been too sydenham goodstart and had a better experience there.
Would not recommend this place.

We recently transferred our two boys from another good start early learning center to here. I am very impressed by the nice and passionate staff here, especially the receptionist Debbie, she is very patient with all my questions and really understanding about parents concerns. Both my boys have very kind and professional educators, they always try their best to help my boys to settle with the new environment! Much appreciate!

My daughter has been attending since the beginning of this year. I haven’t had an issues. The staff are very loving, friendly, and communicate effectively about my daughter’s day. Highly recommended!

I love this daycare for my daughter. I toured a lot of centres around the area but this centre has a homely and welcoming vibe. The staff are friendly, happy and switched on. I am extremely happy with the care my daughter receives and it definitely puts my mind at ease. The meals served are nutritious and healthy. We get updated with photos of meals regularly on story Park. They are meticulous at completing the logbooks which I love. There are lots of age appropriate activities for the kids. Liana, the director is a wonderful and compassionate person. They are also very accommodating in every possible way they can. Overall a great daycare centre!

My girls just started at Goodstart Hillside and I am very happy. The educators are so good with them and helped their transition back to day care be seamless. I also love the fact they make sure they are dressed warmly before going outside. Thank you

To send my boy to Hillside center is the best decision ever I've made! Center director Liana is super friendly and caring! My son has been taken care by the center since he was 10 months starting in Nursery, all the way now to Toddler 2, each and every educator who ever taken care of him are considerate and gave him lots of love and attention, not to mention with all different kind of tailor made activities towards different age group, he learned so much and happy to go to center every day! Special thanks to Harneet, Bec, Selva, Mandeep, Pardeep, Tarpi, Mary, Jahrul, Julie, Deb, Veronika, Heba, Helena, Helen, Nicole, Astrid, Kimmy, Dahab, Kiran, and all the rest of the team who I couldn't name all here, for taking good care of my boy, thanks!

I have complete trust in the hillside team. All the staff are friendly and communicate really well. I can tell they have my daughters best interests at heart. Wonderful nutritious food offered as well, and plenty of opportunities for play and learning.

The center has a rich program for the children. Laura - the centre director is amazing! She has made an incredible changes in the center! The centre is so clean and have great facilities! My daughter always goes to school with happiness and come home with all the stories of what activities she did during the day, how she loves the teacher there. Thanks Laura and all the educators have made this amazing place for the children!

I feel so lucky to have Goodstart Hillside so close to home. The Centre is run so well, there is regular communication with parents and the educators are amazing. My Son loves going there.

My daughter has been going to goodstart hillside for nearly three years. She absolutely loves it she is so comfortable there. She has made amazing friends and achieved so much more than I can ever imagine. All the teachers that she has are absolutely amazing, friendly and very helpful and caring for all the children. They want what is best for the kids. I would recommend this child care to anyone.

Have found centre to be disorganised: a few experiences which have occurred in a short period of time have been disappointing and not to standard. It’s a shame as the centre itself is very clean and modern.
