Josh was a great guy, who introduced me to the good life community helping with the sign up process making it a little bit easier for me. Glad to know there are great gym team members like him.

Nice atmosphere and good variety of equipments. Staff are friendly. Equipments are regularly maintained and cleaned. Feel refreshed after every time I went.

Big gym facility with barely any equipment. Such a shame. Great space and location, but disappointed in the lack of gym machines, lack of free weights and equipment. Clean and tidy facility. Staff are friendly enough but if your looking for variety in your workouts then perhaps suggest going elsewhere.

The manager was very kind and helped me out with a problem I had. Staff were super friendly and gym was great! Will return if I’m ever in the area! - Glen

Great gym. Always clean and a good range of equipment. I always come to this Goodlife when I'm in Melbourne.

The place to be. Amazing trainers Leanne, Jack and Alex who push you to get the best results.

No big egos, just real people trying to do better.

Hygiene can be a issue at times, no paper towel and members not encouraged to use towels or clean up after themselves.

All good, in working order; reception area is good and helpful.
Kindly have some magazines and newspapers

1. Unfriendly staffs (they never greet, forget about getting any help)
2. Toilets, steam and sauna room are unhygienic
3. Unsafe steam room (stepped on to a broken glass once)
4. Crowd is horrible
5. Can’t get workouts done during rush hours
6. Insufficient lighting, kind of depressing

Love the club. Everything you need, very helpful staff that are friendly. Lots of equipment and space in the club.

I would not recommend this gym to you. They take 9.99 so called quarter coaching fee every 3 months without any notification. I went to the club and talked to the manager, he promised to cancel it. After 3 months, they still steal 9.99 from my account.

Went to start a trial, there wasn't enough staff to help all of us. Had to wait more than 30mins to see someone. They had a sign even saying they were understaffed. Bad management.

Visited as a guest of an existing member, on a recent weekend. I like the idea of 24 hours service so thats a plus, got an ok space, ok vibe

I trained at Goodlife Knox City for the first time and found it to be a good experience. Great equipment in the well laid out weights area, very friendly staff, extremely clean, great atmosphere.
Recommended.

Granted people typically only write reviews when they have poor experiences i’ve decided to go out of my way and in my opinion leave a very real review as i guess a random civilian i’ve been going to various goodlife gyms for 6, almost 7 years.after trying different gyms and methods, i always end up coming back. Granted i have faced one poor experience with being charged extra for something i was unaware of, the atmosphere and gym in general still deserves 5 stars in my opinion.the gym itself is great.by reading reviews it is clear through that the customer service side of things needs some work for some people.

Great gym - spacious, 24/7, heaps of high quality equipment and weights and very helpful and professional staff with a good atmosphere.

I am using this gym because of location. I paid less for a much better service at my last gym. Even after negotiating price, I still pay more here. Facility is clean. Welcoming feel from about 50% of staff. Plenty of cardio equipment. Not much cable equipment. Missing a lot of basic/key pieces of equipment.

Still have to be presented with the scan-in at service desk. Why not a scan-in at the door? If no one serves you the scanner, and you walk in, you will be approached like a criminal.

Wouldn't recommend unless it's just convenient location.

Really great gym with lots of newer equipment and plenty of space. Parking available nearby thanks to Knox City, and the only minor setback is old showers.
