For a gym that’s overpriced they lack in functional gym equipment, Everything is old and squeaky. For the price I’m paying there should at least be some sort of upgrades to the equipment. Also a hack squat machine would be beneficial as every gym should have one.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, clean and well maintained equipment. I got a great offer (half price) with AIA Insurance.

Very welcoming and smiling front staff. Trainers are very good and full of energy. I look forward to attend the group classes. The staff and members are very friendly. Positive Vibes.

Friendly staff upon arrival and leaving. Limited range of machines due yo space. Relatively clean, weights plate all over the place as some members don't put back weights when they are finished with it. Overall the place is quite decent and members are polite.

I’ve had a great experience at point cook goodlife. I was greeted with a friendly face by Tina at reception. Tina also went above and beyond her role by informing me about Studying with AIPT and attending goodlife as a member the benefits I could get.

The gym was so clean and it was a completely different experience from hoppers goodlife. Even though hoppers gym is closer to me, I actually would drive the extra 5 mins to pointcook just for the clean space. I would definitely recommend going here.

Car park underground is great makes it easy to access the gym.

Absolutely loved my first session. The staff were amazingly supportive and showed me around. I feel completely comfortable there. Definitely recommend

Great facilities, membership cost is very reasonable, staff is amazing and the trainers are top tier.
Chris specifically is an excellent trainer. Fair prices, always punctual and always there to help take your training to the next level and reach your fitness goals!

This place has everything you could need, sauna, wide assortment of machines and equipment, functional fitness area, yoga room and spin (if you're into suffering).

Best gym in point cook.
I love the fact that they have separate female area and heaps of group classes. It’s clean, staff is very friendly and helpful too.

Good facilities but seems like customer service is not the best. I've worked at gyms before we should thrive to provide great customer service. Came about 15 mins before closing and they seemer a little mad, didn't look very happy. Especially the guys standing there with the 2xu polo shirts.

Only wanted a quick look around the gym, to decide on which one to join. Never seen such customer service being around gyms for 10+ years.

The staff had a convo behind the desk and seemed a bit annoyed to have to do a quick tour before closing. Greeted me by asking me how I managed to get inside rather than how I am doing.

The receptionist otherwise however was good and friendly, sad that those top dog looking guys were rude.

Not a complaint but a review so you guys can provide a better service.

Goodlife Point Cook discriminates against people with medical conditions! They refused to extend my membership freeze even though I have a medical reason and a medical certificate, happy to pay the freeze fee and being told previously that it will not be a problem to extend on medical grounds and how understanding they are. Obviously not!
They forced me to cancel my membership now because I can't attend at the moment, so later when I'm ready to come back again I will have to pay joining and administration fees again. Money grabbing exercise at it's best! Don't even bother joining them. Go elsewhere!

Goodlife is a great gym. Customer service is impeccable and the staff are lovely. Group fitness instructors are amazing! My fitness has improved. The early AM cycle and RPM instructors Ronnie and Michael are awesome. They are dedicated to improving fitness. Big shout out to Tina as well who always has a big, warm smile that greets us is in the AM!

Best gym in Point Cook! Lots of equipment, fantastic cardio section, friendly staff, very clean, competitive prices.

I would give them zero star.
After been a member for more that a year now I missed one payment for 20$ payment. The debit company went after me and called after hours. They. Charged 10 late fees. Now I canceled my membership

Very Bad customer service, they keep changing their policy’s and make it hard for members to try get in, and ripping us off the membership fee for 30 days, I don’t recommend this point cook gym to anyone, there are better ones in this neighbourhood.

So good to be back! This is where my fitness journey began and the gym has been very supportive whilst I am studying Cert 3 fitness.

It has all the gym equipment I need, child minding facilities for mothers with children and loads of fun group classes.

Guys thank you for having me back and being very supportive. As I said when I did the Fitter, Faster and Stronger challenge, This is not the end but the start!

This place didn’t allow me and my dad in even though I’m at the age that I can enter the gym we were allowed to enter 2 weeks ago but there was a different lady and she restricted me and my dad to go in. So I recommend don’t sign a membership with this gym.

Update: It gets better, yes of course you can cancel your gym membership that you asked to be cancelled 18 months ago but there's no refunds and the real kicker.it will take 30 days to cancel but we're still going to rip you for that 30 days.

These people have been ripping me off in excess of 18 months, I called and asked for my membership to be cancelled as I was moving out of the area. 18 months on payments ate still being taken, I understand with covid staff may be limited but I feel like I've been put in the too hard box or the we don't give a stuff box.

Have been member of this facility for few years now and can't fault anything at all. Place is clean, staff is friendly, good mix of group sessions and equipment are also in good condition.
