I was unable to get the medication I needed at other pharmacy and Nish was so helpful in filling my script promptly.

Bad customer service I was standing waiting for her service but she keep go to different customer without even ask me, look like she didn't she me at all

Vit d 50000 IU capsules are $60 for 6 capsules, double the cost of what other compound pharmacy around the area are charging. We ve been buying these compound medications from them but recently the doctor herself recommended a pharmacy in the city which gives 12 capsules (1 year supply) in only $30 and after bit of research I realised many compound pharmacy shops around the area are only charging half the cost of what these people are charging.

I called this chemist last week for a medication that is out of stock all over Melbourne. I called 40 other chemists and was never offered to be put on a waiting list.
I left my details with this pharmacy and I received a call Saturday at 650pm by the pharmacist asking me to bring in my script.
Yesterday I went in and gave my script in and they had the medication in stock. The lady working at the counter was so lovely and friendly!

I bought prescriptied medicine that every chemist shop sell for $25 and here i got in $29. And they refused to sale on $25.not happy with that

They open till late night so if someone is in emergency can definitely go to them most of the pharmacies close by 5or 6pm I think good health is the only pharmacy where we can go at night as well

Don't waste your time here - called in advance to confirm a product, and clarified twice, even spelt out the product required. Was assured it could be made to order in about 2 business days.

I show up last night only to be told that it can't be ordered in and they can't fulfill my requirements? What, okay. The person behind the counter advised that they will take my details and a copy of my script, and will call me back today.

Never got that call back. I wasn't going to hold my breath. Waste of time, should've just passed on my script to someone more reliable.

Goodhealth compounding pharmacy staying is true to its word really does aim for your Goodhealth. I have been coming Nish since last 8 years and he has looked after my parents health needs from the first time we met him. From sorting out the confusion of overseas medications and to what is good for their health this has been our go to pharmacy. Thank you Nish and staff at Goodhealth for not treating us just as a number like other bigger discounting chains do but for helping them out more like a family. Keep up the good work. Regards

Excellent service with a genuine quality product that actually works! I have nothing but positive things to say about my overall experience. You can see and feel the difference in the quality and their approach to customer service. Whether its buying the product in person or via online. Not for a second, I thought this is just about business for them. I wan't just another number walking through the door. My concerns and issues were thoroughly heard and discussed and I certainly haven't and cannot expect to experience this high level of professionalism at some of those large and very commercial pharmacies. Thank you for making a difference. You guys really know what you are doing!
