I was kept informed regularly of the progress of my order and was very happy when it arrived almost to the exact day of predicted delivery.

Great product & great service.

Quality of product was as expected. There was an issue with confirming the logo as they emailed me after I had paid to check I was happy with the logo. The email went into my junk folder. I assumed it was paid for and being processed, only to find out it was on hold for 2-3 weeks waiting for a final ok. I would have appreciated a call from them considering they couldn't reach me by email. As a result I had to pay extra for overnight freight otherwise it would not have reached me in time.

From the first email to (early) completion of my order, my experience with Good Things was gold. The team at Good Things were so efficient, helpful and amazing at communicating each step of the way. We came to them after 6 other companies were unable to help us deliver on time and it felt like Good Things were as invested in making sure we had our order before the deadline as we were.
