Good Love

I used to come here when it just opened around 5 years ago. They used to have vegan pizzas and brunches. It was UNREAL. After years we came back to our favourite place. It did change quite a bit. The menu is still delicious but sadly no pizzas or brunches the way it used to be.

The service wasn’t really great. The table was extremely sticky. The glasses were dirty on the table.

I would still recommend for the food but the restaurant definitely needs to take care on the cleanliness and friendlier service.

We had the Soy Duck…it was really really lovely! Couldn’t fault it. So tasty.
Would recommend it in a heartbeat.
My other half didn’t even realise it was vegan!

Dylan and the team at Good Love are the absolute best - always providing friendly service and fantastic snacks. No better place to go this side of the river!

Honestly… quite disappointed by this place.they changed the menu a few days ago, and out of only 6 things they had on the menu, 3 weren’t available.we got the mushroom stew and the duck.both dishes were watery and tasteless.the lighting is disorientating and the music is very odd.the location is nice and the service was good, but i don’t recommend this place.

Not sure if it was an off day but the food was not good. $29 for a vegan duck dish!? We had no more than 4-5 tiny pieces of duck on a plate full of greens, rice and mushrooms smothered in sauce.
Would not recommend this dish. Too sweet and an absolute rip off.

Mushroom chicken entree was far too salty and the dipping sauce was an odd pairing given how salty the mushrooms were.

Potato dish was lack lustre, potatoes were soft with no crispiness whatsoever.

Caesar salad was nice but overly salty with the Parmesan and bacon bits.

Pink lighting was trippy, restaurant was busy and then dead in a very short period of time. Walked past again after going somewhere else for dessert and it was still dead.

Waitress dropped dishes off at our table without bothering to advise what was what.

They accept cash for a discount which seems dodgy.

Great staff who are friendly and super helpful and kind. Food is always good even for the none vegan/ vegetarian eater. Definitely give the mushies a go it wont disapoint. Absolute top drink menu. Plenty of seating inside and out for small or larger groups. Highly recommend giving this place a visit.

AMAZING vegan food and great cocktails. Really enjoyed the atmosphere too. Will definitely come back when I visit Melbourne again. Thankyou!

Brilliant food, brilliant atmosphere but could benefit from some bigger serving sizes, im a growing boy need me fill yaknow. Also has great art tho

Trendy looking place - so we pulled in with with young one and nabbed a table outside as another group were leaving. Unsure if there is table service, as we were ignored for 15 mins by staff who came out to drop in other tables.

Not to worry, we head inside to order and asked if someone could clear our table.

$22 Basil Southside cocktail was really underwhelming.

Probably caught the staff on an “off” day - but we did leave feeling the $100 we spent would have been put to better use elsewhere

Loved the ambience, lovely people. I loved the KFC and the Nachos. Have outdoor seating as well.

Have eaten here a couple of times now and never disappoints. The food is delicious with lots to choose from. Ideal for sharing. Awesome cocktails as well.

Absolutely delicious! I shall be back to try out the other things I've yet to try! Group of four pals got the get loaded for two person each so we could all try more dishes haha yay! Friendly service and loveeee that it's all vegan <3

The prawn bao buns were my favourite although shame I couldn't take picture of it plated, was too eager to try it lol

I haven't had much food here but the vegan Cesar salad is so so tasty. All of the cocktails are amazing. Either super sweet or super rich overall a very nice place

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, good food and drinks. If I'm going to become an overnight food critic. The jackfruit could use a little more flavour, is a bit briney.and the KFC mushrooms could use a few larger mushies, was alot of (tasty) fried crumb. The choc dessert was aaamazing.
Could make a few more dollars if you upped your table service frequency a little:)

Reeeeally sweet staff that were happy to help accommodate my dietary restrictions.they worked with me and helped me figure out what i could have.they checked ingredients for me.the vegan food was great.i would’ve given 5/5 stars but it was a little pricey for the amount of food we got.

Great service and loved sitting outside people watching. We ordered 4 dishes and really enjoyed the quesadillas, best dish of the lot. What let the meal down were the patatas bravas as they were not crispy or seasoned. The pasta was weird and not to our liking. The Ceasar was nice. Will try again tho.

This restaurant is super cute and does undoubtedly have some great vegan alternatives, although I have to admit it is overpriced. I couldn’t help but feel very disappointed with my salad this weekend which cost a shocking $22 and was simply assembled with very stingy amount of toppings.

Amazing and indulgent vegan food and drinks! Incredible staff and a wholesome, inclusive and fun atmosphere My go to spot for a coffee, snack, bevy or meal!
