A true foody destination. Purposely take this route to everywhere so I can swing by eat and gather essentials and that's. Love it

I really like this cafe, love the food and the fact there is so many vegan options. However, the service isn’t great, probably due to being very busy and not having enough staff which again, is probably why the time it takes for food and coffees to come out is incredibly slow.
I was also quite frustrated that I had to wait 15 minutes in line to use the toilet, there’s three toilets but two are staff only? Surely one would be adequate?

The quality of the food and drink is very good though.

Sadly I was not impressed with the service today. My latte was served quickly but after waiting 35 minutes for a bowl of chips, I enquired as to why I hadn’t received them. The waitress didn’t know and went to find out. She returned saying there was a problem in the kitchen. I was offered a cake from the cabinet free of charge but declined. Another 20 minutes passed before the chips arrived. Other people were also waiting. Surely if there was a problem in the kitchen you stop taking orders until the problem is resolved.and communicate with your customers

Cafe is amazing, staff were extremely attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere is great.i had the pulled jackfruit burger from the kitchen and it was delicious, definitely would get again!

It’s been a long time since I’ve walked into a cafe and from the get go had exceptional customer service. Whether it be in the store or the cafe the staff are 5 star.

Illume cafe has a great variety of food and my son that has food allergies can safely eat here! I’m so happy that there is somewhere close to home that can cater for our needs, and are so warm and friendly to our family when we dine in the cafe. Thanks illume for a well thoughtout and delicious menu. Happy to have found our local!

The food and coffee at Illume cafe is the bomb! So many vegan and gluten free options! Great menu with a variety of choices. Highly recommended

The breakfasts are legendary at Illume Cafe @ Good Food. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is great. I don’t go anywhere else.

Great range of eco and sustainable products. I came for the gluten free bread which seemed to be out of stock and an Almond Chai (wet leaves) which wasn’t fantastic. But the place is beautifully presented. I’d still recommend it to others.

First time today. I'll be back it is well worth the 20-kilometre drive. The menu is terrific. The staff, well I can only commend them for great service and happy can do attitudes.

Beautiful location - tucked away in an industrial area - this vegan gem is worth the drive! Soulpod have stepped it up with the fresh deli and juice bar - and the new menu is sensational! So happy they’ve moved to narre Warren.

Came in for lunch today and saw that you have brought Soulpod on, and I have to say, what a genius move!
As a long-time shopper at both Good Food and Wholefood M in Ferntree Gully, I was devastated when Soulpod left last year (it all makes more sense now). I'm so thrilled to see them now located at Good Food as the Croydon cafe was just too far to drive, sadly.
The cafe has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the food is absolutely delicious, as always with soulpod, just as we remember. I was impressed with the quality and the attention to detail in each dish. The service staff were ok, however young and seemed to spend too much time chatting and on their phones however; they were friendly. Coffee was amazing!
I'll definitely be telling all my Soulpod buddies from Ferntree Gully. It's great to see them thriving, and I have to give a big shout-out to the team for a job well done. Keep up the great work, guys!

New cafe is awesome - new options are fresh and modern- and the sandwich bar makes it easy to customize the kids lunches.love it!

I can’t express how happy I am to see SoulPod here. Had lunch on Saturday and the menu offering is off the hook good. I had the Cauliflower Fritters and OMG

Sooo delicious! The rueben and cauliflower fritters were soooooo good! I'll be back for sure, so many other things I want to try. The staff were so friendly and helpful as well!

Phenomenal range of vegan, alternative diet, and health food products. They sell some naturopathic junk, but so does every health food store. They have a fully vegan cafe too, which is another great reason to stop by.

The staff here are super accomodating and always go out of their way to provide incredible service, plus it’s got to be the tastiest vegan food in the south east!
