also they're always nice here and that woman a guy said in another review was rude has been super nice to me so idk man maybe someone who takes pictures of service workers and shames them online is probably not the good guy

Very bad customer service! The female cashier I encountered this Sunday was very rude she literally treated customers like they’re there for free drinks.

Doesn’t deserve a star at all! Pathetically Rude female staff who ignored the long queue because she was alone and busy making a drink. Didn’t greet customers or tell them to wait customer & when she finally came to the counter her attitude was disgusting. Seems to forget that it’s a customer service based industry. She obviously can’t cope alone and was taking it out on customers. You can see her long face in the photos on top of her disgusting attitude which turn customers away from this place straight away! I will never go back to this Gong Cha, there are plenty around so take your money somewhere else! QV is just nearby, go to that one instead as they are friendlier!

Drinks was good, speed is a bit slow and the atmosphere is pretty stuffy and bleh. Had the premium milk tea, it was okay

Kids love it but the passionfruit one is too sweet for my and my husband liking, the red beans one is too sandy for my liking

Staff very rude (the girl) after we finished order her tone was disgustingly rude. The owner should train her again (the girl worked alone for that time around 6-6.30pm, 28/4/2022) We won’t come back!

Staff are always very unwelcoming and act like they don’t want people walk into the store. Always told that they sold out of everything. Honestly don’t even bother coming to this shop, plenty other better options in the CBD.

The taste of the drink is delicious however the pearls tend to have no flavour. I'm also still waiting on my drink that I ordered over an hour ago. Also the only number to call them on is a mobile that is turned off.

Went here one time and saw the staff on her phone while we waited at the counter for three whole minutes. Yes, 3 minutes might not sound like long but when you're standing at the counter infront of the staff we expect to be acknowledged or anything.

When I ordered my drink I asked for pearls, lychee jelly and herbal jelly.

We got out order fairly quickly and was given to us in a bag and we left.

When we went to find a place to sit down and drink I noticed my drink milk tea was missing lychee jelly and herbal jelly but it was clearly ordered and printed on the label.

I went back and the girl just brushed it off as if it wasn't her mistake that she forgot. I am a long time customer at Gongcha but no longer one at this particular store.

Seriously need to work on your customer service skills, it was absolutely appalling! I was ignored by 3 employees in the store who had absolute zero interest in taking my order. When an epmloyee finally did take my order her tone was disgustingly rude. I would seriously not recommend it to anyone when theres so many other bubble tea places with a much better atmosphere and better employees

Ordered matcha red bean smoothie, all i had is flavoured matcha ice with tiny bit of red bean, yuk!

Great location to buy drink. Hopefully someday the will ask for membership before they ask for payment

This taro milk tasted like water. It`s not worth waiting in a long queue for. Also not worth complaining about, as the wait is too long in queue.

I don't like the service, they should train the employee and the cashier. Also the milk tea that I got taste like dishwashing water. Not going back to this Gong Cha ever again. Not satisfied!

Is a standard Gong Cha and one of many with a small radius. This one does not have a Hot Star Chicken joint adjacent.

I just had a pearl milk tea. Asked for SOY INSTEAD but it was cows milk. I'm lactose intolerant:) will never ever go here again.

Rude service by the counter chick 20/7/2019 as per previous reviews. Would not support this place or recommend to my worst enemy

The milk tea here is really great with chewy pearl but I can't guarantee the consistency of it. Though they're nice most of the time and most importantly there's heater for you in this winter weather. Really great!

The asian employee was really rude.
Even though I ordered milk tea today, she made another tea.l told her again that I didn't order this.
Can l change it, please?
but she said ''if you wanna drink milk tea, you must order again! You definitely ordered this one. "
