I appreciated the staff’s flexibility and kindness. I can’t have caffeine and he was kind enough to customise one for me. It tasted fine! One thing to note is there are no seats here. Only takeaway counter. Only feedback is pls consider removing all your plastic cups and replacing them with only paper cups, and perhaps collaborate with a reusable cup company like bobble ware or keep cup to encourage reducing single-use plastics. Thank you.:)

I like the location of the place a lot.
It tastes like all other Gong Cha with Royal pearl milk tea being the classic and my favorite.
The place however is very small and you can't sit there. The area where you order remains dirty and sometimes unhygienic. The asian staff are like robots too.
The shop is also surrounded by a lot of junkies so be aware of that.
The product is good overall.

Standards low at this shop: waiting time too long, toppings too less, taste too unrefined. Shop would be out of business if another bubble tea joint opened up in the vicinity.

Amazing service, amazing drink and amazing tram out the front. Never fails to serve me well. 10/10 would bang again

Good milk tea, would be great to see sustainable & easily recycleable packaging, the plastic film on top has to be recycled separately, the straws are plastic - why not compostable straws?

I had brown sugar milk tea with pearls. Taste good, remind me of when I was in Taiwan. She didn't ask me the size but mentioned that they usually male it sweet. I like sweet so it's fine for me.

The wait time was relatively fast. However, my drink (brown sugar bubble tea) had a strange taste to it, almost like a cherry flavour or a generally artificially sweet flavour. The pearls were a bit rubbery and weren't very sweet. It was unpleasant and I don't recommend, not sure about the other drinks though.

It's best to inform them about sugar level otherwise they usually make it very sweet.
Milk foam wasn't creamy enough, long wait due to the worker focusing on making drinks for Uber.however, still have some great drinks on the menu, will be back to try more drinks.

Every time I go here, they make my order correctly and give of a wide range of suggestions, however, the customer service isn't always the best such as how they can't hear much over the counter even if you say it loudly and they scream through a speaker. But overall they are excellent with a few of the employees not knowing much of customer service.

Recently went to gong cha in Abbotsford. Ordered a mango bubble tea, the people working there weren't very good at speaking English and had to repeat what I said twice. Bubble tea tasted great but it was very milky. I do recommend this but the one in the city is better.

Horrible service. The staff had such bad understanding of english they kept getting the order wrong. Horrible

Customer service soo bad. The lady who works there today doesn't seem to know what is customer service! First of all, she is rude and like to ignore customers! I questioned if these employees have been trained properly for customer service in Australia? Are they trained for health and safety? Have they been eduacated to serve customers with respect, serve any customer, no matter if your Australian, Asian or any skin colour of race. Everyone should be treated equally! Anyways, I will not be back there.

We ordered a few drinks. They were watered down and the pearls appeared to be reused from previous day.

The worst among gongcha I ve ever tried. If you enjoy boba, you know its rly difficult to be bad. But this place made it.

The service ok, drink overall tatse decent. Good point is close to my house so i dont have to go city to buy bubble tea.

Perfect bubble tea place, always happy to do a soy replacement on drinks. Never had a problem with our orders

Bad service, I asked for soy milk earl grey but the guy said “no, its only top 10 menu” very dissappointed, I ordered earl grey milk tea with rainbow jelly.it tastes horrible and tastes like cows milk.very dissapointed!
Also, I ordered milk foam green tea and I asked for no ice but the guy said “we can’t do no ice”. I’m not happy at ALL, I’m dissapointed with this service. WORST service EVER!

Next time, when ask for no ice, they will NOT put ice and when I ask for soy milk in black tea, they will MAKE IT WHEN I ORDER SOY MILK WITH BLACK TEA because I don’t drink dairy products otherwise I WILL GET SICK!

Milk tea tastes like cows milk and tastes TERRIBLE!
