First time golfer buying equipment to spend some time with my old man.
Darren was extremely patient, professional and knowledgeable. He recommended product for myself and my daughter based on our needs (both 5”4). Genuine, reliable and made us all felt so welcomed. Definitely recommend and will return for more products.

Ordered golf balls five 5 days ago. Still no appearance. Estimated delivery 8 days. Not good enough. Will go to another online golf store in the future. Usually 2 days to deliver from Golfbox - WA to Victoria. Golf World service is a disgrace!

By far the best experience ever. Only just started buying clubs and had no idea. Your friendly, professional and no pressure staff made the last two purchases stress free and with confidence. Great work, not planning to go anywhere else in the future, that's for sure!

The shop attendant guy was very helpful in getting best fitting New Balance shoes for both myself and wife. So glad to find them at Golf World after visiting New Balance outlet and Chadstone New Balance in vain.

Tough times yes but straight off the bat like that no thank you.
Had 1 time where a staff was very helpful and polite (which is the only reason why i give 2 stars) but woah the difference in service depending on who you're served by.
Came 3 times and never again.
Plenty of other options close by.

Went to buy a pair of golf shoes. The assistance I received in trying on various shoes was excellent and the assistant was extremely helpful and patient.

I highly recommend making the drive out Whitehorse Rd to Golf World. Daniel and his crew were a huge help in assisting us with our new golf gear. There’s a practice net and putting area too. The prices are so much cheaper than the big golf chain stores. Thanks guys, we will be back again!

Friendly customer service, rang regarding an umbrella asked if I need put one aside if coming over weekend said it was fine, was told that noticing a couple sold yesterday he put one aside. Very considerate and remembered. Will definitely bookmark Golf World for another visit. 10/10

I went to Golf World Mitcham and was blown away by the staff knowledge and assistance I received. The store manager not only took the time to show me a great range of putters but he also fitted me to the right ball. Highly recommend this store.

Be careful ordering online with Golf World - they aren't too keen on refunds.
I ordered online & returned in-store; I felt like the store attendant thought I was trying to pull off some kind of scam.
I had contacted Golf World via email to arrange a return by mail, but they didn't reply.
I got my refund, but I have no interest in buying anything from Golf World ever again.
Golf World needs to get with the times - people like to buy online, so they'll need to update their returns policy or risk going under.
