Jing is a one in a million find! She has been our mortgage broker for years now and helped us so much when we bought our first home. When we faced the usual frustrations of searching for our first home she was always available to talk us through and cheer us on, then she was genuinely so happy for us when we finally settled into our first home.

Since then she has helped us refinance twice and we couldnt be more grateful for her dedication an
d hard work. She goes above and beyond to deliver the best for us. Given the current difficult financial climate we were concerned we'd be unable to refinance this year. She was there to talk to when we were worrying and gave us practical advice on how to prepare. And despite all our doubts she searched hard for us and found a bank that'd take us on - with some benefits! How she managed it we truly do not know.

There were some issues refinancing this time (bank's fault) and Jing spent countless hours on the phone with them getting it sorted for us and kept us updated along the way. She fought tooth and nail advocating for us and we've had a fantastic outcome.
