First time i went to buy my boyfriend a watch, they were not welcoming at all, the older woman with black her and cat eye glasses was a B! T3H. I went back to return the watch for a warrantied repair and the same woman served me, still rude. Got the watch sent to the company for repair, they could fix it, it had a very small crack on the face, i picked it up because they "couldnt" fix it, IT WAS FULLY CRACKED ALOT WORSE. Its policy for them to take photos before they ship it off, but apparently they didnt with MY watch. They said they only take photos sometimes. I reakon SHE broke MY watch and doesnt want to get caught. They definitly have the photo on the ipads.

Have recently purchased a few rings at this store and had a worst experience as a customer with the store in charge after my purchase. Her name is Ayala and I am certain she has zero customer skills and it's a shame that a company like this recruits people with poor qualifications. She is extremely rude and makes faces at every customer. I haven't seen her smile once and greet any customer who walked into the store. The other staff however are great and treat their customers far better. But please stay away from this lady and don't even bother getting any service from her. I don't think I'll ever walk into this store again.

I wish there was a button to give them a negative feedback. I was interested to buy earrings for my little girl. The attendant was so so rude. She was so disrespectful and had such bad tone. She was so so rude! Will never ever go there and won’t suggest anyone to go there!

Terrible service. Last week walked in to purchase a few items the older lady and younger girl both had no interest in serving me. After asking them for help a few times got nothing from both. Finally got the younger girls attention. She then ordered a ring for me and took a deposite. The next day tells me that ring im doesn’t exist any more… odd not sure if she had checked to begin with.

Yesterday I walked in to get a refund on the deposit. 4the of March there was 2 girls one with blond hair. I walked in saying hello she ignored me, I said hello again she looked up stared at me with no responce I asked her ‘how are you’ she again said nothing.

This place is terrible! The customer service is beyond me. The audacity the staff have in here is is disgusting.

I came in today and was interested in buying a gemstone ring. The young lady who attend to me was, polite, and non judgemental. She treated me with respect compared to other jewelry store. I end up getting the ring because she was nice to me. Keep up the good customer service girl. Thumbs up.

My partner brought me a $180 silver necklace for Christmas in the span of 2 weeks it snapped. I got it fixed both and since then snapped another 2 times one time it just fell off unexpectedly. Rude customers aswell

Absolutely Rude sales lady.she waa making face just to show the watches.
I was there to purchase 2 dkny watches had to leave the store due to sales lady behaviour and when asked name she also refused to give name
So loss for the company to loose customers like this and jave someone representing the shrude, rude and absolutely she had no intention of serving clients.
Does not recommend at all

I went in early on Monday morning and the service was brilliant. It was my 30th Wedding Anniversary and and both sales staff were helpful and attentive. If you want this same service try to go in early week when they have the time, like all retail stores when it's busy you can't expect their full attention. Thankyou ladies I will be back!
Update: needed to replace ring with smaller sized one, Kyle was great about this and got the replacement from another store. Really good guys, thanks again!

Highly disappointed. They make false commitments. One of their sales girl told us that we can exchange the jewellery within 30 days of purchase and when we went there to change it within a week they refused to change. I would never recommend anyone to go to Goldmark. Would have given a 0 star if possible.

Customer service was very poor on the day I attend, they had the prices wrong on the 9ct gold jewellery, happy that I got a bargain when I went to pay for it she said it was a mistake and the actual price was more, how is that even my fault when you placed the wrong tag on the wrong piece of jewellery. Very upset with your attitude and behaviour and glad I have this site to express my concerns too, ta

Absolutely horrible experience at goldmark werribee. Went in to drop my resume off expecting the manager to just take the resume but instead we both started talking, it was going well at first besides the constant “I’m not actually listening but I am judging you” look upon her face.but then she stated that she thought I smelled like cigarette (I don’t smoke) I told her that then she stated that it could of been the other customer that stunk of it then she started on how she wants her employees to not be smokers (which is just plain up discrimination for smokers who happen to shop in there or who happen to magically work in there) I imagine they have a fabulous time when it comes to talking behind the customers back. Also telling me How I should dress too, I have one mother I do not need another. Not to mention her telling me when she saw me she was just gonna take the resume, talk for 20 seconds then say bye and thank you and bin the resume without even looking at it? Then saying that when she started talking to me I impressed her? What exactly am I supposed to say besides don’t judge a book by its cover.

Purchased a watch from Goldmark Werribee, the sales women was lovely and answered all my questions, took the watch home and it wasn't working at all. Returned and requested replacement, manager said its just the battery and it would take a minimum of 4 weeks to come back. I requested a replacement instead because the watch had never worked. A month since purchasing I finally have a replacement only after requesting a refund and being told some BS about her not having the authority to do a refund. Numerous phone calls from me and in store discussions, excuses and no (honest) communication from their staff at all. Don't waste your time, go some where else and get quality service and jewelry.

Really bad experience. Bought a diamond ring. Few days later stones stated to come out. No resolution but provided poor customer service to add by not taking any responsibility.
Suggest to stay away from these people.

Bought a crystal silver nose stud 1 month ago but now woke up with the crystal missing last week. Pretty poor quality made. Went to the goldmark Werribee plaza to get this defaulted item sorted out. The old lady didn’t even say any inconvenience caused by this defaulted item. Instead she questioned me that I should not wear crystal nose stud in the shower. Really? Who took out nose stud each time when going shower and not to know how hard to put on the nose stud each time? Isn’t a bit rude? ! I wrote the complaint about this poor quality stud to the company early last week at their website but till today no response heard from them at all. Won’t back anytime sooner for your service and quality!
