Very unprofessional and business should not continue anymore. A family member of mine got her hair done at this place and did not noticed how horrible her hair was until she got home. (Her hair was styled and curled and mistakes were hidden). She came home with VERY short and uneven hair, although she does not know if it was a bad haircut or her hair burnt from the bleach. They did NOT inform her that her hair was burnt or did a really bad haircut. They also charged her for this. Disgusting. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Very bad service, I went there today for my husband’s hair cut me and my husband were standing on the door waiting for someone to come and ask what service we want and they looked at us few times and ignored, we still waited for around 30 mins and then around 5: 40 one person came and ask what service we wanted my husband told them that he just wanted side fading and they said we are about to close come back tomorrow, at first place when we arrived to the salon around 5: 20 they saw us why they didn’t said that they are busy so we don’t waisted our 30 mins waiting and they always charge you different for same service. Once they charge my husband $15 for side fading and when he again went for same service after 10 days they told him to pay $25 like seriously they increased $10 amount for same service in 10 days

I got a perm which last for a week not good at all I wasted 75 dollars for that they said a perm will last for 3 months

The first good haircut I got we spoke a total of less than 50 words. I showed him 1 picture of a middle part and he just started cutting. I got my hair cut for half an hour and it only cost 20 dollars

It is my first time with this salon. My god extremely unpleasant experience! A lady who talked to me was rude and raised her voice when trying to explain things to me. Well if the customer don't understand there is no need to raised the voice and talked to customer in that manner. You obviously don't know how to turn bad situation to good. You just making unhappy customer even more unhappy. Gosh! I feel like I'm paying to be humiliated.

I had a patch of my hair missing on a side of my head when they finished it was definitely a mistake and was telling me it’s normal you just don’t like it. They would cut your hair how ever they want they are very unprofessional

This place is REALLY trash, if I could I would rate it much lower than I currently did. Please do not go with a tall Asian early 40s man named Leo. He doesn’t know English or how to cut, he gave me a rice bowl cut instead of something nice. He rushed my cut so much that I have random long strands of hair poking out of the side of my head, he is also very rough with the haircut infecting my acnes. After messing my hair up he stood there smiling like he had finished sculpting a masterpiece whilst I sat there in the seat wondering if I should buzz it all off.
Don’t go, waste of money!

They say “u get what u pay for”, but i definitely got more here.

Ask for the curly-haired guy’s service, he’ll give u a value pack (and some friendly smile)

After 8 years of the same hairdresser, I was feeling a little adventurous and ready to try something new.

I was unsure in the hot seat at the time however 24 hours later, I’m over the moon with the fresh haircut and oozing with self confidence.

Definitely seeing you guys again.

I got what i paid for. $25 on long hair for a terrible hair cut and could tell hairdresser wasn't skilled. It's baaaad. So choppy and my hair is totally zigzag shape at the bottom. It's actually hilarious

The barber clearly made a mistake as after he finished there was a huge patch of hair missing at the back.but according to him it was 'natural'

They broke my hair and also my bangs. Now i need a really long time to take care for my hair because it's all damaged. The worst hair salon in Springvale. They should know how to train their staffs properly.
