5 Asked for 3 freshly cooked pretzels and told 10 min wait. After 2 minutes they were apparently ready when my daughter saw them lying and using the ones in the display window which was cold. The girl knew she got caught doing wrong and funny enough, there were three cooking in the oven ready. Then asked for a little extra topping on one which was very little. Then got told her boss is watching her in the camera and can’t do it
Such bad service and distrustful. Won’t buy from here again. Who knows what else they lie about
I highly recommend this restaurant! The food, coffee, and service were all excellent.
Tried their pretzels before and loved them so much. Would recommend cheese dog and Belgium Chocolate. This time I tried the ice cream and the presentation was nice with the mini pretzel. Definitely will come back for more
Bought the Hawaiian pretzel for $11 from the new Parkmore store and it was completely raw inside. I had to put it in the oven at home to cook it properly. Really disappointing
Just had their Cheese and Chives and Salted yesterday. Loved them yum yum
