Nice rooms with comfortable bed pillows are very flat plumbing in the shower makes getting a nice temperature shower a bit of a art
But once set are very nice
Being right on the surfcoast hwy rooms are reasonably quiet

Overall fun experience. Check in was a breeze and John was very helpful. Great room with everything you need. Bed for me was a 10/10.

Arrived at motel on afternoon of Rod Stewart concert to find it had been cancelled. A follow up phone call to question a refund or partial refund was met with abruptness and rudeness by the responsible person. She was not prepared to listen and rudely hung up in my ear. 2 rooms were booked. Easiest $440 they have ever earned

I had a great experience. Got everything I needed out for this. Because of covid they did everything hands off. So there was no need to do face to face exchange, which was the first time I had done that but worked very well.

We were booked in for Saturday for a party next door at The Grovedale Hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Easy parking, despite being on a very busy road it was quiet. The water pressure in the shower was sensational. The location was perfect for us but it was also very convenient to access all of Geelong or the coast. Host Lyn and John were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Very easy check in and check out. Definitely highly recommended for all who are looking for a comfortable night, a great shower and a convenient location.

Clean, comfortable, convenient. Walking distance to local hotel for evening meal. Friendly, helpful owner. Perfect for what we want. Reasonably priced

Stayed here during covid. For the price it was decent but I expected better.
Lots of space.
Beds were comfy enough for an overnight stay.
Had no cutlery or dishes which was a bit frustrating.
Didn’t really get to meet the owners.
