The delivery driver was extremely professional and friendly. He was very polite over the phone, and in person. He really assisted me getting my item into my house safely when it was pouring rain outside. Highly commendable service!

Requested service for next day delivery. Wasted a week and my client still didn`t receive the parcel. Called couple times & got transferred all the time to someone else. I got advised that parcel was arrived, on next call they say no one was there to take the parcel, later on said they cant find the address and now saying it you will receive it tomorrow.
Lie, Lie & lie that is the service they are offering.
No recommendation & lost a client.

Great service. Always call you when there is an issue or delay. And if an item goes missing, they are very helpful and transparent, and will immediately attempt to contact the driver. Great work.

Very ineffective business. Our year 12 jackets were delayed for weeks and the day they were supposed to arrive they didnt even arrive on time.

If the driver happens to be late for a pick up, he calls and lets us know. We've had couriers simply not show up for days after saying they would pick something up on a certain day and I'm happy to say that we've never had this problem with Golden Messenger.

Every time I've called the office, everyone has been super helpful, friendly and got me what i needed. Our Account Manager is always great help and easily reachable.

I have nothing bad to say about them and would most definitely recommend them to other businesses.

We use Golden Messenger to receive pallets of cartons, and require them to unload and hand deliver to stores in the Melbourne metro & country areas. They are always very helpful and understanding, as some deliveries are to shopping centers which may have specific requirements to deliveries and times. They keep us informed of the progress of deliveries, and if there are any issues they advise promtply so that the issue can be resolved quickly to ensure customer satisfaction. We find their pricing very competitive, and recommend them.

I have used golden messanger for three years now. They provide excellent service, reliable delivery times and professional drivers. All on offer for a fair price. I consider golden a part of my business as they have taken the time to understand and listen to what was needed.
