A very clean and tidy room. The owners have so much information about Portland and surroundings. We were only going to stay one night but decided on another night because this place is so comfortable. Highly recommended!

This place was clean, comfortable, quiet and the owners are friendly. We have visited Portland alot over many years and stayed at different places and this will be our new go to motel. Easy parking and no road or neighbour noise makes for a very comfortable stay.

Great little place to stay.well priced. Well equipped. Located in the town centre and easily accessible to restaurants supermarket and everything. Very close to the see as well. We stayed in two bedroom apartment. It has everything you need. Hair dryer to washing machine and dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped. They keep the place very nice and tidy. Feel like they do their business with great interest and passion. Apartment also very clean and tidy. Only suggestion from me is they need to steam clean carpets more regularly than they do now. It's bit dirty.

Very comfortable. Quiet. Handy to town. Great friendly owners. Recommended. Will stay again if ever back in Portland.

There 6 days. Nice spacious apartment and loved the spa.
Good kitchen facilities for cooking. Bed nice and comfy!
Good can order reheat soups and meals to room as one day freezing and wet so nice to stay in.
Could do couple improvements. In bedroom bit cold as no individual airconditioning and main one limited to 25 so didn't heat bedroom.
Other thing there 6 days and no service to room so bin overflowing and towels bit damp as didn't dry in cold weather. Think could do with a service on 3rd day.
Really 4.5 out of 5 but no half star available!

Large, clean, well apointed rooms. Price was good (was cheapest avaliable on the night). The owner/manager was friendly. Would gladly stay here again.

Wouldn't go here unless you want the old owner unlocking your door whenever he wants and coming in to your room which happened on my second day. According to them, they have been doing it for 25 years, walking in on people sleeping many times and whatever else and no plans to change. They do this despite not providing a "Do not disturb" sign (therefore giving you your privacy). Gross

A really spacious, clean, quiet room that contained a small dining table and a two seater sofa. The host was polite and helpful and suggested a good place for dinner. We took her advice and it was worthwhile.

I love a motel owner who thinks about the small things, as well as the obvious comforts. A biscuit to have with a coffee on arrival, shower cap in the bathroom, good sized bath towels, a luggage rack and a triple sheeted bed. It's these things, along with somewhere comfy to sit, that make the difference.

My only criticism, and it wasn't that big a deal, is that the carparking outside our unit was a bit tight. The host told us we were free to move around to find a bit more space and we did.:)

I've stayed in Portland before and enjoyed the last place I stayed as well, but this was just that bit better.

1 night for work, spacious room, friendly owners, clean and quite. Portland is a beautiful area. If I can get away with the family we will 100% be staying here.

Very quiet, very clean and very well priced. Was a nice 2 night stay. The owners are great and didn't bother you unless you asked for them for something. I will go back again 100%. Perfect place, absolutely perfect.

The two bedroom apartment is massive and very comfortable. Incredible value for price. Will defiantly be back again.

Good location near Nunn beach and some fast food outlets. Rooms are small but the beds are comfortable with air conditioning in the room.

Staff were really nice and polite, room was really big and spacious. Cleanliness was amazing and the bathroom felt luxurious. Parking is really good and overall we loved the place and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend and pricing is so worth it!

Rooms were amazing, mini bar is good price and the overall check in/check out process was easy, quick and simple. Room Prices are good too

Extremely helpful staff have been able to provide an exceptional service on short notice, and I had an uneventful stay in a place within walking distance of the town centre. Highly recommended!

We booked this seemingly run of the mill Motel at the last minute for the Australia Day long weekend. A tad dated but clean and our apartment room was HUGE! Loved the easy walk to the beach and further afield. Close to coffee, pub and more.

Rooms were a good size and beds comfortable. The single beds are only suitable for children or short people though. The main living area was air cobditiobed but the bedrooms weren't. It wasn't an issue for my trip but in summer could be an issue
