I have a much loved ring I’ve worn everyday for about ten years, until one of the tiny diamonds fell off. Nav did a wonderful job fixing the diamond back on, and also cleaned and polished that and another of my rings at no extra cost. Both came back looking good as new on my hands which made me super happy. Decided to pick up a silver necklace as well whilst I was there which looks lovely too. The customer service is just great. Thanks Nav, I’ll be back!

After Christmas Day I went to shop and want to buy jewelry. I feel the price is higher than before. One staff just said the price is go higher now and no patience to talk to me. I am surprised about what she said as this is Christmas time and everything on special. The special price is not finished yet. You are not only one shop here. I can go try other shops. Poor service.

Divya and I got married recently. We bought our rings from Gold n Gems. Nav was really helpful in the whole process. Divya and I are really clueless when it comes to jewellery. He custom designed our rings, provided us with the certificate which proves the authenticity of them. We ordered them 2-3 months before the wedding and still got them before our wedding. Overall the whole experience was amazing, all because of Nav and his dedication. Highly recommend him and his team ️️

I don’t normally write reviews but because of my experience with Gold &Gems at Forest Hill in Melbourne, I felt it absolutely necessary. The team at the shop are first class, headed by Nav and Wendy. Nav’s inspiration and flair in helping me design a stunning opal ring for my wife was patient, fastidious and exceptional. He was not content until I was 100% happy with the design. The end result was worthy of an award and he certainly understood that “diamonds are a girl’s best friend”. My wife has not taken it off since she received it, she loves it so much. Went today to have my ring appraised and was lucky to have Nav do this for me on the spot. He was professional, approachable and friendly and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and answer any questions I had. 10/10 customer service and can easily recommed to this to anyone!
