I received terrible customer service. I paid $800.00 for a real McCoy's m-65 2 months ago on the basis that Dylan advised that my size would arrive in a few weeks. He advised that he would keep me updated with the progress. I emailed twice in March and got responses from him straight away. I then emailed in early April after not having received a date for the arrival of my jacket and received no response. I then emailed him 1 week later and again there was no response. I then called the shop but no one answered the phone. No one responded to my emails and phone call but their Instagram continued to be updated. I called again the next day. Dylan answered phone and said he didn't know what was going on with my jacket but that his boss went to Japan as he had a meeting with Real McCoy and was arriving back the next day. He promised to let me know the next day when his boss come back but he still did not email or phone after 3 days. I called 3 times and emailed regarding a refund but no one answered.

Eventually I claimed refund via Paypal resolution centre. Finally, from the shop a few hours later with Paypal then declining the refund because the shop had already actioned it (however this only occurred because they would have received the notice from Paypal regarding my dispute). I purchased the jacket on the promise that they had an order coming though, however, it appears this was never the case. I have checked with many other shops and they have advised that this item is no longer being made at this time. Only Superdenim and Real McCoy’s London have these jackets in stock currently.

I have bought boots and clothes online from USA, Japan and Europe many times because the brands generally aren’t available in Australia without ever having any problems. When I find something that I have been looking for in an Australian store I would have never thought I would have such a problem. If I was just told that they could no longer get the item I would not have been upset, however, I am really disappointed with Dylan’s customer service once it became apparent that he couldn’t deliver the item or tell me when it might be available.

I would be careful about ordering items from this site when it states that the stock will be available in 2 to 4 weeks. Only purchase the item if you know it is currently in store.

Haven't heard from me in a while? Lol. I'm super stoked with the Jacket, you guys have a great range of products but you're pretty unresponsive with coms. I was keen to purchase some Real Mccoy wrist warmers from you, I inquired over email same way as the jacket, followed a up a few more times and nadda. Just a frusting experience is all, you kinda palmed me off.

Great repair work on my White Mountaineering jeans. Both pairs too. Forgot the guy's name, but super friendly in person and professional with a follow up call for when the work was done. Will return when I wear them out again- thanks for giving them more life guys. Godspeed

Best denim repair service in Melbourne. They repair on a vintage darning machine, and hem up jeans on a vintage chainstitch machine. What more could you ask for? Extra points for the shop dog Mr. Bones!

Just had a pair of jeans hemmed. Bang on measurement and really nice finish! Definitely recommend to all who need a chainstitch.

Took a pair of jeans in for a repair. I had completely torn the inner seam of the leg and they did an epic job at restitching. It was hard to notice afterwards. Good service.
