Shaun and the female staff member were very helpful. Shaun got a part down from Melbourne but it was the battery so ended up getting a new machine. I would certainly recommend Godfrey's to anyone. I was very impressed with them

Went in there today with the intention of buying a Bissell steam mop. Waited 10-15 minutes for service which is fine, im happy to wait my turn if it's busy, but when the sales person served 2 people who came in after me I decided to leave and go elsewhere.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Owen is an absolute legend. Wouldnt shop anywhere else for vacs and accessories.

visited godfreys in Geelong yesterday to purchase a new stick vacuum since our dyson died and didn't fancy paying dyson prices once again.
Sean immediately approached us and listened to to exactly what we were after, he demonstrated the recommended vacuum and answered all the speck questions that my husband had, he also took the time to answer in great detail about carpet cleaners on our way out. Sean was has amazing customer service skills with a polite, knowledgeable and friendly disposition. Got our iVac home and tested it out, we are so impressed with it and even would go as far to say it rivals our old dyson stick.highly worth the visit to godfreys unlike the generic poor service at the Goodguys.

Peter the salesperson was awesome didn't try to over sell me something i didn't need but was perfect in explaining the products I bought

Godreys sold me an overpriced vacuum cleaner which keeps clogging up and does not do the job we wanted it to. They are not interested in fixing up the problem.

What a thoroughly delightful, happy, & helpful man Sunny is to deal with. I will certainly be doing business with Godfrey’s Geelong North store again.

They don’t loan you a vacuum while you get yours serviced. Two weeks later, no txt as promised when it came back, no apology and wouldn’t keep it as a trade in unless I went back today. Poor service, will buy a replacement elsewhere.

The male staff member was unhelpful and tried shifty sales techniques. I usually go to Godfreys Lilydale who are much nicer to deal with. I felt uncomfortable in the Geelong store and wont be going back there.

I will never use this store again. Recently our old vaccuum was having power issues. We took it to Godfreys for repair. They send off site and two weeks later the unit comes back with a replaced adaptor plug on the power cord, but now the cord won't retract. The repairer refuses to fix the new issue free of charge because they will not take responsibility for the damage, shifting the blame onto us! We are now left with a vaccuum that is in poorer state than when we first took it to this ATTROCIOUS store. Wish we had never gone there, and can't believe they would prefer to project an image of bad customer service than perform a small repair and resolve their mistake. Unbelievable.

Dodgy old school sales techniques, complete with a demonstration as to why their vacuum brand is better than a Dyson with a (modified) Dyson being (incorrectly) used. Seriously guys, I could see what you are doing. Little wonder I never see any cars in their car park!
I just went across the road to bunnings and could compare all the vacuums by looking at them and their reviews online without a sales person breathing down my neck.

I bought vacuum bags here one time. Very good. I don't know much about vacuums unfortunately, but the helpful Vacuum man helped me pick the right bags. I put the Vacuum bags into my Vacuum.

They are a dodgy place, I worked for them and this store gave me a reduced RRP over the staff price. If they do this to someone who they work with just imagine what they will do to you!

Easy to find. Some of the staff didn't wamt to listen to what I was saying.
Told them what I wanted the salesman kept trying to sell me something I didn't want that was $100 dearer.
