The service I received today was fantastic. The team had great knowledge of the products and helped me pick out a vacuum that was perfect for my needs. They went above and beyond to help me and were super friendly, highly recommend!

We called Godfrey Camberwell about a malfunctioning Philips bag vacuum cleaner and Sam was very helpful over the phone. He then diagnosed a blockage in the pipes for free when we took it in store and gave us some advice on appropriate vacuum upkeep.

It was a pleasure to meet and be served by Elisha, who is extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the products (as she put it, she "lives and breathes" vacuum cleaners and has 17+ years experience!) and most importantly in my opinion, her customer service is outstanding.
She is interested in learning about the customer's specific situation/problem/needs in order to provide the best possible advice and outcome. She is honest and shares her knowledge, tips and tricks to help make the customer's experience with the vacuum purchased easier.

I bought a Hoover Allergy bagged vacuum cleaner yesterday. I have previously been a Dyson fan but after using this vacuum I am a convert.
