We had an unfortunate situation when our garage ceiling collapsed, the two things we needed was a good solution to store the contents from the garage in and a good plasterer, Gobox was absolutely the perfect choice for the storage of the contents, Excellent service very fair prices and quality storage unit perfectly placed in our driveway by a skilled delivery driver we cannot recommend this company more, if you need to store your stuff for a move or any other reason at least get on the phone and have a chat with the friendly informed helpful people they have working there and evaluate them for yourself. We used GoBox for the better part of a decade to store items from a previous home and the items came back looking as if I'd opened it up the day after I first packed it.

Over the years I've also had to change details and their customer service has been nothing but exceptional.

If I could give GoBox more than 5 stars, I would.

from the initial booking with Michelle, thru to the drop off and pick up of the container with the deliver team.
I was continually informed re the time and date the container would be delivered and pick up. Communications was outstanding.
All staff were extremely friendly and made it all seem effortless.

Excellent service. The pickup/drop off at both ends were excellent. Staff super patient and friendly, they maneuvered the box in best possible position for us even turning it around. Super highly recommend.

We have had 3 family members use gobox services in the last 12 months. We have all found them to be prompt, professional and accommodating. All members of the team were friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend their services.

Best company to deal with. They provide a very clean and secure container, their delivery and pick up is on time and well communicated via text messages with updates the day before and an hour before.
Then there is Michelle who I dealt with over the course of 6 months. She gave me great advice and was very honest and fair when it came to pricing.
I looked at other storage companies and their containers were no where near as spacious or clean as GOBOX

Amazing customer service and team from office team to the drivers were absolutely amazing. We were thrilled with GoBox. It was so easy and with Michelle on the phone and Tim delivering and picking up, it was the smoothest experience.

I wish the rest of our renovation had been as easy as the GoBox storage bit! I will kind of miss seeing the box in our driveway and seeing Tim turn up with that amazing robot to get the box positioned well, plus taking the time to build up one end of the box for a slight slope.

Gobox storage experience was excellent. Tim, the delivery man, was very professional and experienced in delivering in a difficult street. The office contact people were very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely fantastic experience - highly recommend for anyone in need of a storage solution. Every time I called I spoke with a real person within seconds and the admin stafd were always friendly and informative. The driver who dropped off our box was a legend and helped us to position the box in the most advantageous spot for our home. Then they were flexible enough to collect our box earlier at our request. There's a lot of stress when renovating but the convenience and friendliness of this service was the least of our worries. Will definitely be recommending to others!

A fabulous, low fuss means of getting floor rennovations done.walked the furniture out to the driveway, had works done.went through and shed superfluous possesions, then walked it all back inside.very cost affective.great admin staff as well.highly recommend

The admin team were exceptional to deal with, they were able to assist with any amendments I made for delivery dates or obtaining some blankets. The drivers were really easy going and positioning of the container was quite simple. Fantastic company to deal with. Great work GoBox team!

These storage boxes are the best idea I have seen. Very easy to book, reasonable cost and a great stressfree way to pack your stuff and have it moved when you want. Even better you can take your time unpacking your stuff while the box sits in your driveway.

We had our gobox on-site for at least 6 months. The whole process from start to finish was simple and straightforward. Fantastic company and great service. Gobox was really clean & watertight (and we have had some very wet weather!) Very happy and would use again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend
