Really good tour and tour guide-SHANE, a very kind driver and guider.

Although there are number of spots we have to go during the day, our tour guide Racquel has made it easy and fun. The playlist in the bus is nice too! Twelve apostles is sth you just can’t miss when in Melbourne!

I joined Phillip Island Penguin Parade Tour on 25 Sep 2023 and my tour guide is Chris H. Chris is with a good sense of humor and the trip is full of fun. The trip is also well organized and I would definitely recommend it to friends travelling in Melbourne!

Great Ocean Road and 12 Apostles Tour was a lifetime experience with Go West Tours on 13th June 2022. The 300 kilometers drive along the majestic Great Ocean Road was as grand as it's destination 12 Apostles. The history of Australia & Great Ocean Road is fascinating which was depicted very well by Yazmin, our Tour Guide. The clean blue Pacific on one side and the steep rocky mountains on the other, the journey provides breathtaking views. It's an almost 13 hours day trip from Melbourne & back. Co passengers were from Korea, Singapore, China, Ireland and Australia. A multicultural group. Go West got decent 21 seater coaches. Our Tour Guide & Driver Yazmin was knowledgeable, spoke well, punctual, efficient, humorous, patient, helpful and friendly. She sings well herself and played an appropriate song readily for all circumstances. She played a song on rainbow on sighting rainbow on Pacific. All credit & recommendation for Yazmin & Go West Tours. First time travelers to Melbourne should do this trip.

Amazing experiences with both the Phillip Island and Great Ocean Road tours. Was fortunate enough to get Graeme as our guide for both of them, who was very engaging and entertaining throughout the tours. Despite the tight schedule, we got to visit the best of both locations, and captured stunning views as well. Definitely would recommend!

Well done our tour guide today, Sherif! He has done an excellent job making sure everyone in our group was okay, comfortable and having fun. Kudos to his extra performance using an aboriginal instrument called didj.

I am 8 years old Ivan and I just came back from the 12 Apostle day trip. My guide was Chloe. It was super fun. This is the best experience that I had especially the rainforest adventure. Chloe is super nice, friendly and a very good guide. I hope to go on her tour again next time.

Our guide Tim was perfect, entertaining us with plenty of historical and personal stories about Melbourne, as well as introducing some Australian music. We could feel his passion for his country and city! Love the cute penguins at the parade, and the animals at the sanctuary!

Sherif did a terrific job bringing us on the Great Ocean Road tour. He regaled us with stories, made jokes, had an awesome playlist - all of which really made the mood and atmosphere of the whole journey greatly enjoyable. I appreciated that he is also professional by communicating clearly the expectations of us keeping to the time limit for each stop and explaining why that’s important. Thanks to that we made it to every planned stop. I’ve done the same tour with another agency 5 years ago and this time round’s was much more enriching and memorable. Sherif also went to extra mile to entertain us with an aboriginal instrument (mind blown) and could see that this is more than just a job, his goal was to deliver happiness and he did it exceedingly well.
