Absolutely amazing customer service by the team both over the phone and face to face. Genuine, knowledgeable, and very thorough when suggesting the right products for me.
Explained my ailment to the staff and they were incredibly helpful in finding me the right product for me and my needs.
Terrible customer service, asked one of the staff if they had a product as a company listed them personally as a stockist and she treated me with disrespect with her answer. I asked if they had ever had the stock as they were listed as having it and she just walked off and didn't try and help me find something alternative.
I have never before had such poor service. I purchased the wrong product & had bought it back for a refund, the seal was still intact and I had my receipt. I was promptly told in a very condescending manner I had changed my mind. I tried to explain again that I had purchased the wrong product and kept getting condescending responses so I asked again for a refund. Kevin started to do the refund and stopped and started to serve another customer. I have always gone to another Go Vita store and they are always so helpful. I will never purchase from Eastland again
