Was treated like an idiot for asking a question about a supplement. Lots of attitude and tone in the persons voice who seemed like the owner. I really hope customer service can improve and customers are treated with more kindness and respect.

Had a pretty upsetting experience here today. I've been a member for years and never benefited from it. Occasionally I get asked if I'm a member when I'm at the counter but most of the time not. I genuinely thought it had something to do with the product I was buying or because there was a minimum spend. Today I saw the guy ask the lady before me if she was a member, did not ask me. I was going to walk away and then decided to ask, 'do all the products we buy accumulate or is it with certain products? ' He says yes but only if you're a member. I said I am a member and hardly ever get asked. His reponse, 'well it's your job to tell us, we can't always remember to ask'. Took no responsibility for the lack of consistency in applying the loyalty program between customers and made me feel like it was my fault. I've been coming here for years out of loyalty even though all the products here can be found for much cheaper online simply because I think it's important to support local business. Today I saw what that loyalty was worth, it was a real kick in the guts. You've consistently made me feel overlooked and not valued not to mention duped out whatever benefits I may have received through the loyalty program. I hope you can understand how hurtful that is and what it does for your business. A simple apology and an explanation of how your program works would have put me at ease as I was so upset. You've had this program for years, there are no membership cards or apps for customers to know what's happening on their account, plus asking every customer should be routine by now. Unlikely to return or recommend again.

I just discovered this lovely local health shop recently and it's definitely my go to now! They have a good variety of vitamins and cosmetics. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Guys the products are good and I enjoy the products. However please have a browse of prices online before you buy. After I bought a product at this place, I did a price check online with other stores, I saw that other stores had the exact product in stock but was about $20 cheaper & was available at many outlets. So if you do your homework you can save a lot by not shopping at this place and do some online price checks.

Overpriced Vegan products. Customer service is horrendous, especially the middle aged lady at the counter. Whenever you ask something she would just answer bluntly. Seems like she doesn’t want to be there nor serve her customers. Won’t return.

Went in Saturday to get some advice and the lady behind the counter went out of her way to help. She was very knowledgeable and suggested products and explained how they work. Will definitely go back.

Came in on a Thursday and spoke to the lady and male naturopaths. They both listened to my health concerns with empathy. After explaining my conditions they both offered me some great information on some high quality, in store products. Their knowledge of the products was amazing as well as there health knowledge concerning my condition. They worked shifty to come up with some products together. I would highly recommend this store as the staff have great knowledge for their work.

Really a luck of the draw shopping here. Stock is always out or "on the way" which is a pity because they have decent products. The worst thing is the customer service. The high school student who works there has far more manners than the old rude ladies. No politeness or help whe you walk in the store. Hopefully yhey improve!

Service has always been lacking, but more importantly the staff refuse to wear masks during COVID-19 mandated rules to keep the community safe. As an employee in another store at Highpoint, the rest of the centre is doing their best to make staff and customers feel comfortable and safe. They have a sign stating “Our staff have medical exemptions for mask”. Very unlikely ALL of the staff I see there daily have a medical reason. I would never shop here and never recommend anyone do so after seeing this kind of selfishness and stupidity.

I’ve been shopping here for the past 3 months, they have a nice range of vegan products but unfortunately the costumer service is extremely poor.
When you walk in they don’t even acknowledge you and during the transaction are pretty rude and never say bye.
Considering you pay 6 dollars for a little bar of vegan chocolate you would expect at least some basic manners.

Drove a long way to get some medicine I urgently needed and the woman turned me away. Said they were closed, but it wasn’t even their closing time. I have been a loyal shopper here for a few years now, and I will avoid coming here now because of this experience. The service is inconsistent, not everyone working there knows what they are selling, and prices are usually higher than other places.

Came here on sat, sun and mon. The young girl who served me was the best staff member I've dealy with in this place. She opened 10 mins early on mon and the stock was well filled as well finally. The prices are a bit too high and no member discounts anymore. Will come back again next week.

Need more staff working. Came here last thursday and there was only one girl working and doing everything while the naturopath talked to every customer for 30 mins. The girl as really kind and was apologizing to every customer about the wait and I had to wait 15 mins before being served. Same thing happens on weekends as well.nice shop - needs more staff and stock.
