I really enjoyed this company up until they told me they wont refund my flight (even though my airline has announced refunds?). It is a real shame this is about to get messy because I recomended this company to my friends. Stay precarious when dealing with this company.

Fantastic service by the team. Madara always try to get the best air travel dates and tickets which is really helpful.

1 star for competitive pricing. And that's it. Customer Service very poor and after sales service absolutely bad.
If you hear this phrase "I will give you a call back" that means they will never call you back. @Thamara you use to run a pretty good joint there back in the day and it's sad to say your staff are not living up to those days anymore. Also your ex employee's steal customer database details to contact me from their new work place to offer better travel deals.where is the privacy of your customers?

IF i could, i'd rate it '-'. Absolutely intolerable customer service response. Put in a few requests for a call back but no news heard. Feedback provided to its site some weeks ago gone unheard too. Think thrice before engaging its service!

Go Travel helped me organise a very large group of people to travel overseas for my wedding. They kept us in the loop the entire time via my preferred method of contact. They were very organised, efficient and had fantastic customer service dealing with my never ending queries. Thanks guys!
