Our gotocourt lawyer had to spend the whole day at court because she didn't get the outcome she had told us we would get. So without mentioning it while we were with her for the whole day, waited until with got home and emailed me charging an extra $1000 - even though this was her fault for not getting the outcome she had wanted.
