I worked with Julia, and let me just say WOWW! This company is so helpful and all about costumer service. I would give 100 stars if I could. I was recommended to them from a traveling Facebook group and I was a little nervous at first because I have never used them before. I am also in the USA and they are an Australian company. Though let me tell you they were constantly on top of it. Even with the huge time difference I always got a very quick response. I am also super picky and they spent hours helping me plan the perfect vacation. This is definitely a company that will stand by your side and help you plan and they are quick to respond and help. They also have a awesome and convenient app that puts everything in one spot for you. This is a great tool that they have and I personally enjoy because it helps alleviate stress on my side and also keeps me from having 1,000 screenshots for the trip in my camera roll.

I highly recommend using this company! They will definitely take care of you, as they did me. I am super grateful I was recommended to use them and I will continue to use them for the rest of my trips.
