Have emailed multiple times regarding their supposed buying of collections in an attempt to get a valuation on what I want to sell, but no response since the very first email. Top notch service.

Legends, You can find any collectables you are looking for. Team is really cool and always willing to help.

Saw on their website they buy collections in bulk. Emailed them-No reply, tried calling upwards of 10 times to which they never answered.

So I drove 30+ min to the store to hopefully have them take a look at what I had to offer. The girl at the front counter proceeded to tell me how everything I had was worthless (bulk vaulted pop vinyls that are not worthless), not worth anything etc. She didn’t take a look at any of the items and was extremely stand offish and rude and wearing sunglasses inside?

When who I assume was the boss came over to ask what I had she continuously butted in saying how they are worth nothing and they got rereleased.

He proceeded to um and ah for a few minutes before saying he’s too busy to take a look at them citing 1000+ pop vinyls out the back while munching into a pretty decent looking salad. Told me to bring them back after Christmas and after I questioned why my phone calls were not answered or why I wasn’t called back he replied with oh when the phone is on charge it doesn’t ring.

Some serious customer service training is required at this place.

What a great place to geek out. Has so much stuff and they do second hand from people's collections.never know what you will find.

Great price, free postage for my item, and near-mint condition on the Pop! Vinyl. Slightly disappointed that they were unable to combine items and shipping from different platforms (though it was a special request and I completely understand) and for some reason my Pop! Vinyl lacked some glue on the bottom. Nonetheless, the item was packaged perfectly and securely - very satisfied and will look forward to purchasing from again!

I purchased some miniatures from Go Figure's eBay store. Go Figure cancelled the order claiming that I had requested cancellation. That is false, I never requested cancellation. The products continue to be listed as available so it wasn't an out of stock issue.

Brought an item from here and had to return due to missing parts, was an easy process. Could not fault customer service here. The shop is quite big and the range of items just as big. Will definitely go back next time we are in area.

One of the best pop culture warehouses with great array of quality products that will impress even the geekiest person.

Have never been in store but purchased a Tiger Woods pop which was mint and it arrived very quickly and was well packed and protected. Would definitely buy from again and would love to go in store to check out their huge variety of pops.

2 times i purchased from the website, and every time sent me an email " the items are sold out".

Love coming, and I tend to frequent it. This was even the place where I met wrestling legend Rob Van Dam. Would go more, but things tend to be pricey, so I've tended to come less. Aside from the prices, a great place for pro wrestling merch, new and old.

Excellent sure full of toys and figures with helpful, friendly staff. A great place to complete an obscure collection, or start one.

This store is the friendliest and easiest store I have purchased auction figures from in my entire life. They bent over backwards and forwards to be accommodating to the point that I literally could not believe how much they were going out of their way for me. I spoke with Matt and Sarah via email and they were both so kind and helpful. If you need action figures. Especially hard to get pre-orders, use Go Figure!

Been here a few times now with my 3yo son who loves to visit and take home figurines worth the long distance trip. Everytime I stopped by we were served by the bloke I think owns the plays who took the time to serve us and also made us feel welcomed with info on products and store but today I was served by a lady who had no intention of making you feel welcomed, I asked her politely for the price of item as price was not on box and her reply was "its a $100 you going to buy it or put it back" giving me that feeling of you can't afford it. After I purchased and my son got his item he said thank you and she didn't even reply or not even a smile, nothing. Felt like she just wanted us out of her face and taking up her precious time. Very upsetting experience which has put me off going back and 1 star is not for store itself but solely on my experience with the staff member.

No customer service. Was asking about consoles awhile ago and was quickly dismissed totally would not recommend this business
