Took my nearly 5 year old here yesterday to get his eyes tested for the first time. Zara was the optometrist and she was absolutely fantastic with him. She was bubbly, fun, patient and made everything exciting/interesting. My husband and I both had our eyes tested last week with her too and both walked away saying she was the best optometrist we had both seen.
I have GMBHA cover and every year get an extra $150 at GMBHA eye are. I called explained I live in Melbourne. Emailed my script and received a call back that afternoon telling me the options and prices. She ordered them in. Two days later I was called for excess of $13 odd dollars payment and she waived postage! Happy member. Saved me $30 plus dollars in fuel and 2 hours round trip. Highly recommend. Thank you so much
