8 We have been members with GMHBA for many years.
We didn't have any large claims so far (just the usual dental, optical etc.), but the overall experience is excellent.
Super friendly staff (phone/email) that are well trained to resolved any enquiry.
Overall I can recommend GMHBA.
Private Health Insurance is very expensive in this country, but GMHBA has the lowest rate compared to all other providers.
Yearly price increases are not sustainable for people. The cost is something that the Government must address.
Adam was very thorough with my eye check up. Then meet a beautiful lady Kerry who helped me pick out my new specs. Fantastic service and now I can see better as I spent more money on quality lens. It's amazing. So happy. Highly recommended.

Drop in without an appointment due to metal in my eye. The staff got me an appointment within 10 minutes with the specialist. He was so professional and friendly and removed the metal, rust and pain with ease. They bolk billed and book a follow up. A very happy customer
During my annual eye checks, the staff are consistently polite, friendly, and efficient. During my check today, aspects of the examination were clearly explained, in language I could understand, and the examination was thorough The staff at this store demonstrate quality customer service.
