Glue Store reviews
10 Clearly deceptive sales display in this store.
Fri, 8 Sept 23 - Sale signs showing different percentages on all brands, I went to purchase a "Dues" brand Tee from a section that was all clearly "Dues" brand items.ticket in the very centre of the display said 30% off "Dickies". I assumed it was an honest mistake becasue every other display had its brand on the ticket but this was in the "Dues" area.
I took a Tee to the counter to purchase and it came up as full price. I alerted the sales attendent that it said 30% off in the middle off the "Dues" section and she said no thats for "Dickies" jeans in that section.so the area had all "Dues" brand items full facing, folded, hanging sideways etc.theres was about 6 pairs of "Dickies" jeans there folded up and the brand was not even displayed.
In my opinion this is disguisting and deliberately deceptive. The attendent knew good and well what they were doing and was incencere with an apology. I won't shop here again.
I should have taken a photo but didn't think about it at the time.
Went in this afternoon to refund an item I had bought yesterday. Nothing wrong with it just a change of mind. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Mariam and she was very polite and bubbly and welcoming. Asked if she could help me with anything and the minute I said I was wanting to refund something please her attitude changed she was incredibly arrogant and rude. Scanned the dress excessively, threw the receipt on the counter for me to sign, made me feel like I was being interrogated for wanting to refund something. Won’t be back to shop here, plenty of other stores I can spend my money at that have staff who know how to treat customers.
Had a incorrect order given to me from catch of the day and had all the returns forms available and they said it was policy to not return nor did they have a correct style I originally ordered. POOR VALUE won't be buying from them again.

Izzy was sooo helpful and kind. I came from the champion store next door and was not greeted or acknowledged at all, as soon as i walked into Glue i was greeted and helped by all the friendly staff.thankyou Izzy!
Great range of street wear and great service.
No idea why they sell kappa, who actually wears that anymore:/
Excellent customer services! Spent an hour here today. Katrina and the other staff were so helpful and being super patient. They helped me with finding items and gave me lots of advise without any pressure which I didn't expect. One of my best shopping experience.
That's one of our daughter favourite place because their amazing customer service ️ great product range and prices!
Retail.unlike some of the reviews here I'm not going to provide negative nor positive assessments based on what particular brands are stocked or not. Glue as we know has NEVER been known for it's great deals and cheap gear. They supply brands and are generally at the top end of the banding when it comes to price.
We actually found some OK deals with the Sales on currently. However what really was impressive was the service. Back to my very opening point; Retail. It's a tough industry to work in, yet as consumers our expectations are forever high. Working in Customer Service / Experience related roles, this is the win or lose when I assess any store.
Katrina who served us was a delight. A constant, unwavering smile on her face the entire time, she was not only pleasant but engaging throughout our time in the store. Not pushy either, just engaging. A genuine people person obviously and subsequently an asset to the store.
Range is already wide and diverse enough, along with being rather up to date with current trends. Couple with service of that nature, you can't say it wouldn't be worth popping in every now then to suss out what's new.
