Heather is an amazing instructor she knows just when to push me to get the most out of my sessions. The strength i have gained for my mobility is improving every week. But best of all is the gain for my mental health

Heather Lee has created a safe and welcoming space for my teenage daughter and myself (47) to get a supported workout. I get very dizzy and Heather Lee helps me find ways to work out and strengthen my body where I can feel safe.
My daughter has a back condition and Heather Lee has helped her strengthen the supporting muscles so my daughter experiences less pain and feels more confident to exercise. We both enjoy the laughs during our session as well as the genuine warm nature and positivity that Heather Lee exudes

I love my weekly visits to the Glow Getter! Heather has managed to get me into a great routine of working out multiple times per week. The biggest gain so far has been the strength I’ve developed in my injured knee. Heather has adapted the exercises, offered encouragement and challenge to help to strengthen my body.

The Glow Getter studio is perfect for peaceful and private Pilates. The studio is absolutely fabulous. Heather has the know how to tailor sessions to your needs and abilities.
