Gloria's Wine

Myself and a few of my girlfriends came here on Saturday night. The food was amazing and the service was even better, with the staff giving us our cocktails for free as the staff didn't think they were up to scratch. They went above and beyond for us and it did not go unnoticed. Excellent food as well!

Hosted my friend's hen's party in the courtyard. The team was easy to coordinate with, and they were fantastic on the day. The grazing platter was outstanding, and all the canapés served were delicious and fresh. The guests thoroughly enjoyed the food, and the wine was also delightful. It's the ideal place to host an event.

This was the perfect venue for a 21st birthday party using the whole front bar. Nothing was too much trouble for Nick (when organising) and his team on the night. The food was delicious and plentiful and a good selection of house wines/beers were available. Overall, a very happy night and enjoyed by all. Thanks so much to all the staff.

We held our engagement party at Gloria’s in the courtyard space and couldn’t have been happier with our decision. From the very beginning Nick and the team were super kind, laid back and flexible and really took a lot of stress off our plate. We arrived to a beautiful space, wonderful staff, delicious food & wine and did not have to worry about a single thing. A huge thanks to the team for having everything run so smoothly for us, I know this takes a lot of time and effort and we couldn’t be more thankful

Really enjoyed our afternoon/evening with really welcoming staff. Food good, would be good to have a slightly cheaper entry level wine selection. Overall we (4 people) really enjoyed ourselves.

Courtyard is a really beautiful area for groups. Excellent selection of wines, whiskeys and cocktails. The food is a bit pricey for me, but very tasty and well cooked. I had the jamon croquettes and a calabrese pizza, with a house red wine (pinot noir) that was rich and fruity and easy on the tannins. Others in my group had cocktails ranging from amaretto spritz to negroni.

It is easy to spend too much money here.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this charming wine bar, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment I stepped inside, I was immediately drawn in by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor was tastefully done, creating a cozy and intimate setting perfect for a relaxing evening.
It is a must when visiting Gloria’s to order the potato cakes.

The cheese board itself was a work of art! A carefully curated selection of cheeses, accompanied by an assortment of delectable pairings such as fresh fruits, artisanal crackers, and nuts.
We will back for sure!

Had a function at Glorias Wine Bar last night for 16 friends / colleagues. It was just perfect. We have dropped in before as a couple and with a few friends for a drink and yummy nibble (pizzas and share plates great value), but I have never hosted a function there.
Nick and their team went above and beyond to set up our space - 1 of 3 that are available for functions. You know when the vibe is just right? People relax, enjoy interesting wine varieties, yummy food and good company. Soooo easy. I got a beverage package that covered pretty much all tastes (even beer if they preferred) and you can still add on champagne or cocktails if you want to add to the prosecco / rose / other white and red varieties provided in the package. The canapes available to pre-order are really great quality and substantial. Everyone wants to go back, and they are all excited to share the venue with other friends, always a good sign. The place was hoping yesterday, with a DJ playing vinyl. Was a bit hesitant to hear what music would be played as we really wanted to chat and catch up, but it was great background sound that added to the already cool, relaxed vibe. Despite the full house- fantastic to see, as long as we can get in next time! - we were taken care of so well by dedicated staff. So happy to support a local small business, to have our own "cheers" around the corner and cant wait to go back, maybe next time hire the whole venue? Thanks Glorias.

My favourite wine bar! They have a broad selection with lots of easy crowd pleasers as well as a few more interesting wines btg. Food is great and perfect for the vibe.

Norm was very impressive with his knowledge and attentive service. Had a lovely date night with the Minister of Finance; a delicious pizza, croquettes and smashing lobster roll. Will be back to check out their new outdoor area - aperol spritz anyone?

Absolutely divine venue, the most lovely staff, so friendly and inviting. The courtyard is just to die for.

Excellent wine bar! The service is always impeccable, with a great selection of good quality, reasonably priced wines. The meat and cheese plate is awesome too. Lucky to have this local! Highly recommend.

Super cute wine bar with great food and great service! Highly recommend stopping in for a casual wine and snacks or a date night! I’ll be back.

I didn’t get pictures of our drinks but they were the real stars, even though our appetiser was also absolutely amazing! Gloria’s had hands down the best espresso martini I’ve ever had and I’d return for that alone. The staff are also super helpful and were quick to recommend a wine that I ended up loving too

Great little local wine bar, fantastic interior with nice a courtyard out the back. Nice selection of wines, cocktails and snacks.

Drinks were not particularly amazing, was thinking of going for a four star instead. But overall, nice and cozy little wine bar, very friendly staffs, I certainly enjoyed my night there! So don’t feel like ruining their perfect 5.0 rating at all. Would visit again.
