5Very poor service. The staff were rude, too busy having their own conversations behind the counter, Food was just average, and when our food was ready, we got screamed at from behind the counter to come and get our order. There wasn’t even any table service, every cafe I have been to. If you dine in, it is table service, even if it’s not, to just scream over the counter at a customer that their food is ready is just appalling, give this cafe a wide birth.if I could give no stars at all, I would.
The staff at Gloria Jeans Shepparton Marketplace are always so friendly and helpful. Food/drinks always served in a timely manner taste great.

Congratulations, Toasted tomato and cheese sandwiches, on Sunday the worst I have been served. How hard could it be to make a toasted sandwich? Two pieces of end bits of tomato the size of a 50 cent and 20 cent for the whole sandwich (you would have to be joking) the cheese best described as tasteless melted plastic and may I suggest a smear of butter on top would help, so its not the driest thing ever but in someone's mouth. In a nutshell, it was rubbish. Last time I use Gloria Jeans
