Gloria Jean's Coffees

Great and really friendly team, nothing is too much in terms of service. I've been a customer here for years and will be for years more.

Food and drink are really good however the team working there could be more friendly and ingage with customers.

They are polite the teas they serve are pretty good and there a good price i haven't had the food there yet but it looks great too eat

Today I was going to pick up a delivery order and the staffing there kinda made fun of me the way I talked and felt very uncomfortable there.

Arrived at 3 for a coffee and staff started to pack away chairs, I asked if they were closing and he said not till 4.30. Take away service only after 3.30, said no worries would try and be out of the chairs before then.
Then got the worst coffee / hot chocolate and iced coffee we’ve ever had, but shut up and drank them anyway.
They started to mop around us at 3.45 and I said hang on a minute we’re leaving, and the very rude male staff member said he didn’t have a minute and that if we didn’t like it we should leave and never come back.not to worry, would never go back
I’ve heard bad reports before but couldn’t believe how bad this store is.

Absolutely terrible experience. Shocking service. Bad coffee. Not hot. Forgot cream. Abnormally slow barista.

The coffees are consistent and to the standard you expect, but they are very slow here. I've been coming here for a couple of years and waiting ten minutes for a coffee is normal (busy or quiet). I order the same coffee at Gloria Jean's Southern Cross and it takes maximum 2 minutes, every time.
So, coffee is good but not if you have somewhere to be?

I asked for an iced coffee with cream NO ICE but I got ice anyway. And it wasn't coffee at all, very watery and bland.

The outdoor tables are on a lean Our drink order was mixed up with 2 drinks not as ordered. Was a bit pricey with paying 7.95 for a slice but the food was good.

My first experience of a nice, frothy and a well brewed coffee in Traralgon. I'll visit this cafe again.

Damn good white chocolate mocha. Only been there twice so far.although coffee doesn't seem quite as pleasant other places.definitely recommend

Always love a good cuppa. Same flavours you know and love from Gloria Jean's franchise in a warm environment with lovely staff

Got a mango chiller and a strawberries and cream chiller. Both just tasted of water and were way too icy. Disappointing.

Great little place to relax and have a coffee, they do nice food I would have to say a toasteiny are my favorite,
Friendly staff

Excellent service, great coffee and especially Cynthia going over and beyond during Lockdown seeing me in the street knowing what coffee I have and bringing it out to me before I enter the store. Great experience.

Staff very friendly. We are new to Traralgon so looking for a good coffee shop. We found it. Best we've had.

Don't go here for coffee! Got a long black here for 4 dollars and that was such a waste for money! Just bad bad water.

Well. I won't be back. Everything was an effort for the cashier, especially making my coffee lactose free. Literally a grunt came out. Toastie was burned to a crisp, there are better cafes in Traralgon.

WiFi no longer available to customers. Not a smart business move, surely.
Chairs and highchairs stacked up along the front window. Why?
Charming young staff but sadly GJ Traralgon
