Gloria Jean's Coffees

Ordered 2 Caramellatte's with whipped cream along with food, paid extra for more whipped cream and the staff said it was what was ordered when one had no whipped cream an the small one had very little. When questioned why there was no caramel on the top, the staff member snapped back saying that 'you need to say when you place your order'. Service was way down on what you would expect.

They have to work on their behaviour first.
I keep ordering my coffee, but the barista keep talking with the cashier and keep laughing.

We asked for a coffee in a mug and it came out in a disposable cup, the chiller is advertised in a glass but came out in a plastic cup. We made it clear we were intending to drink in store. We noticed that people who were dining in were all being given disposable cups.

First time trying Gloria Jean’s coffee and it was great! Also recommend the chocolate lava volcano cake:)

Good drinks but girls always seem very bored and over their jobs so customer service is a bit bleh

Coffee was good, but the staff were more interested in standing around chatting to each other. I would go back here again but not if I'm in a rush

Nice looking shop clean but the cakes and hedgehog tastes rotten, please if u wanna get sick eat it, it taste like it’s been in the draw for 20 days and I asked them when was the food made and the guys response was I don’t know great work

The coffee was nice, and the food was okay, however the girl who took our order was not friendly or engaging at all. Which is a shame, as the other girl who was taking orders sounded wonderful and engaging. And that's what people go to coffee shops for - friendly human interaction. It did give us a good laugh and generated conversation to note the differences in the service style from the two servers. Anyway, that was our experience today, and probably won't be going back based on that.

Each time I have been here, there is a short wait for coffee. Which is expected. Busy little shop.

The girls at register are so bad I got paid 10 dollars an hour at my old job and i still had much better customer service than this

Just walked out of this store and it appears that the girl at the counter was too overworked to serve. Never again.

Food was good and labeled for Dietary restrictions. Coffee was well hot served. Only due to space the seating arrangment was bit tight. Customer service was good and welcoming. Thanks

Good customer service but when me and my family received our coffee they were cold. Very disappointing

What a splendid experience this place provides, coffees always perfect, people always helpful and food always fresh. 10/10 would recommend

I am not one to often put up negative reviews but I am surprised that this place continues to run the way it does. On multiple occasions I have visited and my experience has been the same. Dull, slow moving staff members, overflowing bins, messy, dusty, food everywhere and mashed into the chairs. How this place would pass OHS, I'll never know. I ordered a muffin and frappe on my most recent visit and it sat on the barista counter for who knows how long before I asked if it were mine and the barista nodded at me. I used to work in a similar establishment so I understand the challenges but this place is honestly just no good. So many things that need rectifying.

Amazing store, friendly staff, impeccable service. Coffee and food were great and service was fast and fresh. Good to see the vegan and vegetarian options

Ordered coffee and chicken avo sandwich.

First no people on the counter and saw a lady in the back washing things so waited for her come up and with no smile on her face seems so I thought she's not having good morning.
So I order a coffee and chicken avo sandwich and request for cup of plain water (to take with my medication) and she nod her head and no smile again.

Second lady came with my coffee and no plain water so obviously she did not convery my request and I ask the second lady request a cup of plain water.

Third lady turn up with the sandwich just warm not thoroughly grilled with broken piece bread on one side and with no plain water.
I told her requested for plain water and waited but no one given me. Finally! She came with with the plain water.
Seems I'm like begging for a cup of plain water!

I patron this Cafe few times already as i love their chicken avo sandwich and serves great coffee too.

I used to work in retail and learn something we have to greet your customer with a smile even we dont feeling like doing it.
Won't be coming back to this Cafe at all!

Truly the most awful customer service I’ve ever come across. Had 3 girls behind the coffee machine loudly make fun of me for sitting down while I waited for my takeaway order because I’m 9 months pregnant.

We like the coffee/gluten-free cakes here so we come often, but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend sitting inside, is often messy, there’s a big rubbish bin right there in front of you, and is overflowing. There was food leftovers on the floor (looked like chocolate biscuits) Tables and chairs are messy. It needs a proper cleaning and reorganising. And just regularly cleaning of the floors plus removing of the rubbish will give a improvement.
