Gloria Jean's Coffees

I am afraid the staff are inexperienced and rather forgetful. If one pays for a coffee one expects something good rather than something a kid put together. And of course when one orders a croissant with the coffee is because one likes it withhhhh the coffee and not brought once the coffee is finished.

Worst Coffee - long black was just like boiling water and that too served in a glass which was too hot to touch.
The Focacia bread was very chewy and we could not finish

Hello, called in around 1pm on Sunday the 18th for coffee and toasted sandwich. It was the worst toasted sandwich I have ever had, even McDonals is better, sent it back as it was half cold and cheese not even melted and actually the coffee was not really that warm, very disappointing.

Slowest service. Ordered a large coffee waited 9 minutes, had to toot in drive through for service just to be given my coffee that was sitting there ready for god knows how long. Would give no stars if I could. If i didn't toot who knows long lmy coffee would have just sat there. Customer service was horrible

Ordered a flat white with almond milk at $7 ended up with a foaming not even decent foam half filled coffee. Sorry this is now the third time how hard is it to make the correct coffee order. I will not waste my time here anymore. Plus the lady is rather rude. Service seriously needs a bit more of customer service

Staff don’t look like they enjoy their job. Greeting was barely audible. When asked what sort of topping was on a cake she shrugged her shoulders and looked like a deer in the headlights! Ordered a black tea which came out with teapot and a glass, I asked for a tea cup as I couldn’t hold a glass with HOT tea in it, again no response just took the glass and walked away. It is a very un inviting atmosphere and doubt it was worth what we paid.

Has to be the slowest coffee place in Australia by far, shouldn’t take 15mins to make an iced coffee when only 2 people are waiting.

And the coffee are below average compared to other Gloria jeans.

Avoid this place unless you want to spend half your day waiting for you drink.

Wat a terrible experience today at this place l ordered 3 cake's which cost me nearly $20 and l waited so long to get my order even though I had already paid other customers who wanted coffee were getting there coffee straight away and lm standing there still waiting for them to give me my cake's when l finally got my cake's the owner told me to get out! Because l complained about him serving other people before just giving me my cake's l didn't order coffee so l thought it would be easy. I've never been spoken to like that and he was really aggressive and I felt really uncomfortable l got to my car and wondered what ld done wrong l was nice the whole time it made me feel bad my whole day the way he spoke to me and l was really embarrassed.
I might add that the cakes tasted old and dry. I don't right reviews but felt l had to please go somewhere else l will never go back go somewhere where they are happy.

Mary’s customer service is actually appalling. It was about an hour before closing time and I ordered four iced drinks, she rolled her eyes at me because she had already washed the equipment. The drinks usually come with cream on top and there was none, I asked for it to be added and she said there wasn’t any when her co-worker asked if they should make more. I would never recommend anyone wastes their time or money here. If I could rate it 0/5 I would.

Wonderful coffee, extremely friendly staff and very prompt service. Would happily recommend this place to family and friends.

Another useless Gloria Jeans, never been to a good one. Tried to claim my 1,800 points for a 1,300 Large Drink and wouldn’t let me claim it, even though you could clearly see the points on the screen. Obviously trying not to lose money. Only plus is okay coffee.

Great place to catch up over a coffee. Friendly staff who make everyone feel welcome, and who prepare the coffees with care and great expertise. Highly recommended.

I went to have an Almond Late and I was served by the owner. He was extremely friendly. Great coffee. Would highly recommend this place

Recently had a long black and muffin.muffin was great but the coffee wasn't.l. Sent it back and the second one was just as bad. First and last time I have a coffee there.

Ordered a Latte from drive through. A 7 eleven coffee tastes better than it. Barista must be too busy to focus on coffee making.

Great customer service, Great coffee, Great staff and the boss has always been super nice to every customer that walks in and it's really nice to see. You always feel welcome everytime. Highly recommend

Endeavour Hills shopping center Gloria jean's is disappointing. Was in New York Nail yesterday, the staff went and order coffee for all the staffs on me, the girl wrote down what we all want. 5 large salted caramel with ice cream and fresh cream, 1 large Matcha latte with wripped cream, 1 large cold Soy latte (no sugar no ice). The Gloria jeans staff took the order according to the list, Gloria jeans staff delivered around 10 minutes later to the New York Nail store.
Salted caramel did not come with cream, the deliver girl said "you need to tell the cashier you want cream", well, the cashier took the order from the list we wrote, she missed the cream part, they put ice in the Soy latte when it clearly says no ice, the Matcha latte comes hot not cold with the cream on top all melted.the girl who deliver it was not the cashier, she was rude and act annoyed, she blame us for the mistakes when the cashier placed the order with our list clearly wrote what we all want. I will not buy from Gloria jeans again. The coffee cost me over $49, the nail store staff appreciate my offer but no one was happy about their coffee. Never again.

With the position business owners have been put into due to the Pandemic many virtually quit giving in to the pressure but not Gloria Jeans at Endeavour Hills Shopping Center, they have diversified adding more options to their menu offerings and at reasonable prices. They now have delicious Burgers in their line up with their great coffee it's a perfectly delicious combo.
