We sat in the back area which was beautiful and cool with a chill atmosphere and cool vintage tables and many beautiful plants around us and comfortable cushions. The staff were friendly and accommodating of my two children even when they had a spill. The coffees and iced milks were delicious and the food! Goodness me, the Nori and Tofu toastie was absolutely amazing. I have not tasted anything like it but I loved the way that the nori and spinach and tofu mixed with pumpkin.

It’s such a cute place, like sitting in your grandmas house at the front and then moving to her courtyard in the back. Love it, and will be back

My go-to cafe in Brunswick! Cool interior, delicious all vegetarian menu and overall great atmosphere. An absolute favourite that I keep recommending to everyone I know.

I'm a regular café explorer, been to cafés in London, Berlin, France, and most of Melbs, the coffee capital. Gloria has made it to my #1, the atmosphere, crew, coffee and oh my the food (and portions!), all above and beyond. Most great cafés have so much to offer but there will always be something missing, not Gloria, she has it all (could maybe host day parties but one can't have everything ;D). Can't wait to make it my local, brilliant x

I work next door to Gloria and I always go there for a coffee and a treat. Definitely one of my favourite cafés in Brunswick.

Gloria feels more like a home than a cafe. The food and drinks are inventive and delicious, the desserts are next level, the vibe is welcoming and unpretentious, the interior is colourful and creative, and the owners are wonderful and hospitable. Make sure to try the Brazilian carrot cake, best carrot cake ever! Thank you Gloria (Gloria!)?

What a cool and relaxed cafe. Exactly what's needed for busy Sydney road. Very friendly and helpful staff with lots of interesting and tasty cakes and pastries as well as good coffee. A perfect place to sit and talk in comfort while enjoying a bohemian vibe.

Such a cute place! Comfy chairs (which I don't see much in cafes around Melbourne), great coffee, friendly staff, books you can read and AWESOME music. Will definitely be back and try their food.

I can’t eat an embarrassingly large number of ingredients because of a health condition, including all the fun stuff like garlic, onion, tomatoes etc.when I went here with friends the other day, all the savoury food contained stuff I cannot eat. But the absolutely lovely chef overheard my needs and was able to modify the baguette so I could have something savoury. This person was so nice about it and the resulting baguette was absolutely delicious. I couldn’t finish it all but had the leftovers two days later for lunch. And it was STILL delicious. That’s extraordinarily impressive for any meal, let alone for a modified baguette with vegan cheese on it. My wife ordered the pandan chiffon cake and jfc it was just so light and fluffy and delicious. We absolutely adore the cozycore vibes of this place. Very inclusive and LGBTQI+ friendly. 11/10 would recommend.

I am so grateful I found this place today. What a little gem in Brunswick, the food is delicious and the vibes are super wholesome and cute! Love the staff and the wholesome meals and chai/coffee served there. My partner is not a vego but he said with food so good like this he won’t even miss meat!

Nice retro feel to this cafe. The music was soothing and had a nostalgic feel. The tables, chairs and rugs were like a walk back in time

This is the most unique and inclusive cafe in Brunswick and you feel instantly at home as soon as you walk in. I can't say enough nice things about owners Fu and Robson, who are not only absolute legends, but make incredible food and coffee. I'm not vegan, but that doesn't matter - I regularly enjoy the meatless ball and scrambled tofu baguettes and various desserts. A special mention to their banoffee pie and vanilla slice. YUM. Step into this cafe and you'll become a regular just like me! PS - they always play a diverse range of excellent tunes, just to top it off!

It's funny when people try and act fake with me. I can see right through that kind of deceptive stuff, but sometimes still people will try and act in ways that aren't actually how they feel around me which is just actually stupid. I actually have some people in my life (coworkers, family, assistants) who will act this way all the time and I just have to laugh. Do you really think I do not see through your mask of deceit? I do see through it, and I am laughing at it because it is so obvious. I will get laughing so so hard that I get tired because I think of how easy it is for me to see through a lot of the wrong things before me, which includes people who pretend to be my friend but really aren't. I went to Gloria after a big mistake by someone else yesterday and I had a really relaxing good time, and didn't have to use any of my skills to see through the fake masks of the people around me. Everyone was real.

My partner and I were impressed at how they've made a vegan savoury tart so creamy and cheesy! They also kindly sliced our toasty in half as we were sharing.

Had the most acidic orange tea in my life and could not drink it, (please staff try this before you serve it to someone else)
Asked for honey and hot water to dilute and sweeten it up.but still so tart it was ridiculous and couldnot drink it.followed by a dry mushroom toastie wich also had to much acid/balsamic in the mushrooms and the extra thick dry crumbly bread. $47 down the drain left almost everything behind was a very disappointing experience.

The soups here are superb, original, hearty. I love them best of all. The men who run the place are real as are the well- tended plants. No worry. No hurry. Love it!

The meatless baguette was delicious. So so nice. The only reason I won’t give five stars is the fact I got a headache by the strobing lights. You don’t put a fan under a light. The effect is quite annoying!: (

Great coffee and amazing range of vegan selections. The scrambled tofu sandwich is a must try. Foo and Robson provide hearty, home cooked meals with great hospitality.
