Great quality products and a good teem of installers

I have had 1/2 a house worth loved them so much I got the rest done.

And then later another house. Wouldn't have a house without them.
Originally got them for noise and light as I'm on a main it was difficult to sleep.
However I love the security/privacy and keeping the house cool on a hot day.

Excellent service, talked to them on a Friday afternoon about problem and service and fixed on the following Monday afternoon….

Great company to deal with. I looked for a roller shutter company for my house during its build. So l rang global roller shutters. They gave me a great price and l had only the front done when we moved in then the side of the house at a later date. I recommend them to my brother in law, who then also used global shutters and now my daughter moved into her house and we called them again to do her bedroom shutters. I would recommend this company to anyone. Very professional great price and good communication. Their shutters have changed abit from mine now 7 years on you can’t even hear the shutters coming down very smooth motion and still look great.

Very disappointed.not recommended.
Booked in for a simple job repairing a cable for my elderly parents house.
Told me between 1pm to 3 pm they will be there.
No one turned up. Rang the office, they told me they would chase it up.
Waited no one got back to me. When I rang back no answer, and message machine on.
Can’t believe how and why this mob runs a business.
Unprofessional, no respect and un Australia.
Remember how and what you do to people will happen to you.
Don’t waste people’s time and give the industry a bad reputation.
Disgraceful. BEWARE!
Don’t run a service you can’t deliver.

Had issues with one of my shutters ever since they were serviced and had parts replaced for the specific shutter I am having problems with, by this company.
Not happy.

Thanks for your reply. The warranty only lasts 3 months which is when the faults first started to appear. Yes, Although you dont make the shutters, All the shutters are actually fine. The specific one I am having troubles with was serviced by your technician and had a part replaced from it, which may be whats causing the issue.
I was quoted $140 just for someone just to come and have a look despite being located one suburb away from your location.

We had an excellent experience with Global Roller Shutters. We got several quotes and Global was very well priced with no pushy sales tactics like other companies. Edgar was friendly and helpful and got the job done quickly and efficiently. There was also the option to purchase extra remote controllers. The shutters do the job well - it was so dark in our room we didn't even realise it was morning! We now have a new born baby and use it all the time to darken the room for naps during the day. I also want to mention that the shutters were installed 3 years ago and are still going strong! We would use their service again!

Global Roller Shutters were excellent to deal with and the only company that was willing to come up with solutions for some tricky problems which resulted in a fantastic install for our roller shutters. Really happy with everything and would definitely recommend them!
