Had Global Floors do an engineered timber floor supply and install. Result was a professionally installed floor at a competitive price. Kumar the installer, takes his time and gets it right, because he takes pride in the work in addition to having the skills for a 5 star result. The Global Floors team helped make a last minute change for the beading, quick and easy, and had been great to deal with throughout the process. I highly recommend Global Floors for flooring in the Geelong area.

The two carpet layers assigned to my job arrived on time and promptly proceeded to remove the old carpet and lay the new. The whole process including the clean up was quick & efficient and looks great. Thanks guys.

It may have taken a little longer than quoted but the end result is very pleasing. We were so impressed with Kumar as he was very courteous, diligent, skillful and above all, so hard working. A real delight to have him making improvements on our house.
We were a little surprised that extra work had to be done grinding concrete floors but accept the problem couldn't be seen or quoted for until carpet was pulled up. The extra work was completed at very reasonable cost.
Thank you Global Floors and all staff especially Kumar. We think we have a much improved floor - now to make sure we look after it properly.

Talk about zero customer service.

We made a special trip from Ballarat to Geelong to checkout flooring options for our new build as Global Floors were on our consideration list however the lady at the store couldn't care less to get up from her chair to show us the products around or assist us with our queries. Also on the questions we asked about hybrid flooring she had very poor product knowledge.

Answer - Firstly, I never heard you asking me twice about anything that I was asking you which would suggest that you had no difficulty understanding my "accent".

Secondly, it was my wife and not my daughter. Never assume your customer's relationship, something more for you to work on. She was not embarrassed by my behaviour but was disappointed by your customer service and that we wasted our time coming to your store on a Saturday morning specially from Ballarat.

Rather than providing better customer service and get better product knowledge on the products you put on for sale, you are blaming on customer's "accent" and their disappointment towards your customer service. This is utterly pathetic and I am happy that I didn't give my business to someone with that kind of poor attitude towards their customers.

We are really glad that we went with another flooring business who gave us stellar customer service, had great product knowledge and have had zero difficulty understanding my "accent".

Judi and the team were absolutely fantastic! The carpet was installed within a couple of hours and the room was left spotless. Would happily return and recommend to friends:)

Very impressed with the whole team and the process from start to finish.
After some complications with the carpet supplier going against policy, Judi was very professional and managed to get a hold of our chosen carpet, and got a layer out faster than expected.
The carpet that they recommended feels amazing and very reasonably priced and the layer did an awesome job. Could not fault his work and the efforts from the whole team.

We got Vinyl Hybrid floor laid this time. I couldn't recommend Global Flooring enough! Price, Service & Execution all "A" grade. We WILL be returning for our new carpet very soon. 5 Stars.

Whilst customer service is lacking in a number of ways, the product and Kumar's installation was great!

Darren was great. Start of December came out measured up and carpet was laid week and a half later. Nice job by layer, on time, tidied up. Price was competitive too

Highly recommend Global Floors.

Global floors has a wide variety of all floor types. We shopped around and this was definitely the best price and selection. We ended up choosing "cooney island" a hybrid floor, and are super happy with the result. It looks great, you would think its an engineered timber floor. We laid it one area of the house a year ago to see how it wore and its exactly as the staff at global floors predicted - very robust and easy to clean. So we just laid the rest of the house in it. The staff are very reliable, friendly and helpful when trying to make your selection and order, highly recommend!

Darren and his team did a fantastic job with the flooring in our new Rumpus room. Very competitive prices too. Highly recommended.

This is one of the worst company I've ever seen. They does not get your jobs done and charged me $1000 more than the original quote at the end, as they 'forgot' to measure two rooms. When they finished the carpets, it was a total mess. Coffee and leftover lunch was left on the new carpet. Though, this isn't the worst, this guy from the company put knives and nails on the carpet that I've nearly stepped in to. They also threw all general waste in the recycling bin. All of this took me half a day to clean up their mess. AVOID AT ALL COST!
