I was studying ‘ diploma+advanced diploma’ course in GBCA, I have to admit this is the worst experience I ever had. They failed me four assessments in diploma course without notifying me, I have no chance to know it until I was going to withdraw my advanced diploma course, even the trainer never respond me when I texted or emailed her, so I paid full tuition for no certificate at all. They try to let me pay extra $2000 due to course expiry, it’s ridiculous.why should I pay for your mistake? It’s you didn’t notice the student that they failed assessments, it’s you never give your student time to fix it, it’s you never respond your student when they inquired the completion of the course. It’s you try to manipulate me by keeping ask me what’s my current visa, why? How dare me challenge you if I was holding student visa? Speechless.

This is not a good place to study, they don't have any respect for students, not flexibility, emphaty. They agreed to have schedule that is easier for students, but when you arrive they just say NO, the only schedule is all day, so as an international student, how are you going to work? Is impossible, so this college is a SCAM. Also, they mix levels and you can find elementary, pre intermediate, advanced and EAP in the same room, is illogical. DON'T COME THERE!

Some of teachers and college management are unprofessional. Student Support even forwarded my letter of complaint directly to the teacher. Because of this I dropped out of the course after two weeks and then applied to a university.

I studied a Diploma of Interpreting and it was the best choice I could have made. It really is a course where you will learn a lot. Janneth Santafe was professional and very dedicated to the students. I definitely recommend this course in GBCA
