I have been getting shellac done at Glitter every three weeks for well over a year and I always experience the same great service and quality workmanship. Binh is always able to fit me into his schedule and even if he is busy he still works to a high standard. I can’t see myself ever going anywhere else.

Disappointed. Been here three times now and the last two times my nails (sns) have broken within a week. Never had this problem before any where else. The last time I was there I waited over half an hour to be served despite having an appointment. They are understaffed or over book. Don't recommend.

I'm very fussy with my nails, and also very hard on them. Always greeted by name and Binh is always very accommodating when requesting appointments at short notice. I get lots of compliments on my nails and Kim always does a fantastic job. Shop is always clean and have never, ever had an issue with the service. I tried many places in Ballarat when I moved here, and travel half an hour from my house to go to Glitter Nails

Received a voucher for Christmas which I only just discovered expired in June after I had the service done. I think it was pretty poor that it could not have been extended or honoured. 6 months is not an acceptable time for a voucher.

Really friendly people and did a professional job for a reasonable price. Will definitely be back
