My garage door is the less than two years old and not functioning properly. I contacted them to have a look and fix the issue as required. The service guy on the phone was useless. Sometimes it’s good to remind some people that who do you think you are? ! A brain surgeon? Learn some manners.

Very bad company they took $275 from me for just straightening a metal pieces that didn’t even take a long time
Shifty company I don’t recommend them

I am very happy with level of service i got dealing with them.
Joanne helped me figure out exactly what i needed. She did a great job. Maybe let Joanne run the company and they may not get as many bad reviews!

Have had issues with this since day one, constantly having to reset settings, reset controller. Would not recommend.

Awful - Feedbacks - Gliderol agent - Pakenham Garage Doors - Carl came out and replaced the motor today.

We are VERY DISAPPOINTED with the installation- see photos attached.

We paid good money and expected a good installation even if not a good product - not saying that Gliderol wasnot.
We certainly won't be using Gliderol in the future with this standard of installation as the installer did not use Gliderol equipment but ATA without informing us.
The yellow extension cord in the photo was ours which Carl "used" as to complete the work.
I wouldn't do this kind of installation on Jill's property let alone anyone else.
When we text the installer for a feedback, the reply was a WRONG client name followed by a rude "Do you have a question? " reply.

Both the installer and the work left us with a bad experience overall - rude, looking shifty, unprofessional.using client's properties for his work, etc.
Thank you for the recommendation of Pakenham Garage Doors anyway.

Their rating is well deserved, just want to outline my experience with them. I got a gliderol garage door installed as part of my new house.

Yesterday the door failed to respond to the remote at all, after going through the extremely limited trouble shooting in the manual I called them for help. Was basically told that my only option is to call their service guys, at $175 for just the callout and they can assess the issue.

I would like to point out that these openers are almost plug and play and a new one at bunnings is around $200 that will actually fit the current rail and mount so it just a matter of swapping it out.

After doing some checking on the net, turns out the remotes them selves almost always fail after a couple of years, and yes I tried a new battery.

Any way long story short bough a 4 pack of remotes from ebay for $26, and guess what what? Everything works, would not recommend at all.

If the driver driving the company car represents the company it's in trouble.
The driver was texting whilst driving and smoking at the same time with a child in the car.
I took notice because the car was all over the road.

Had an issue where my door was only opening a few inches. I call their service team and they just told me it was faulty and I needed a new circut board. I was not convinced it was faulty so I called pointcookdoorservice and he was able to help me get it fixed just over the phone. Amazing huh. Useless service from Gliderol

Very poor services
Have had problems with garage door since Day one. Constantly calling but barely any response. Kumar finally called last week and promised to back to me to get the door fixed. No response till date. 2 months and no proper response

Don"t buy anything from this company. If you buy the wrong product and want a refund it takes over a month to get your money back. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY REFUND POLICY IS VERY BAD

I rang Gliderol for some technical help. Kumar in the technical section was absolutely amazing! He knew what he was talking about and was prepared to step me through what I had to do. He really had a great attitude. I cant thank him and Gliderol enough. FIVE OUT OF FIVE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

My Gliderol system broke down four times within a 12 month period. After replacing the motor it broke down twice and on the second time I was told I need to replace the whole system which would cost me $650. I bought a Chamberlain system for $250. Works ten times better. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We recently installed a new gliderol door. These doors are meant to be top of the range and high quality. Our door is full of dints and the best Gliderol can do is offer us a $150.00 discount. Not really good enough. The product is a second and as such should be priced as same. I could have got a much cheaper brand but thought I would go with quality. Am extremely disappointed. And to top it the attitude of their sales rep was even worse!

Had to wait 3 weeks to get a technician out to replace the motor & globe in our unit. Technician was rude, unprofessional & everything was a drama! Took numerous phone calls just to get him to replace the globe! Not good enough!

This company is now useless to deal with.used to get great service at kitchen road.now everything is to hard or have to wait till next week.sorry guys its my time to pick a new door supplier
